L is for lei. TW had a great time at the 2011 Blogpaws' conference. One of the highlights for her was a live Hawaiian-themed PawPawty. She got lei'd at the pawty. MOL! You guessed it! She brought a colorful lei home for Me to pose with. After I refused, it got put away for safe keeping. Six year later, guess what made an appearance? These things always come back to haunt me. We were doing a review of some aloha food so out came the lei. I wasn't smart enough to do a vanishing act but I sho 'nuff wasn't wearing it. You can see a different pic of me not wearing the lei in that post.
I posed with several L items including stuffed leopard and lottery tickets but I chose to use lei since I've never posted these
That's a pretty lei. My human doesn't remember that party!
ReplyDeleteWe'd think such a stunning cat would want to get laid ... err ... leied? Just asking ... but are those flowers tasty?
ReplyDeleteI once brought a lei back from a cruise. It was nowhere near as pretty as yours. I got Flynn to pose in it by wrapping it around his neck twice (very loosely). Considering he wouldn't entertain the thought of wearing anything, he did pose very nicely.
ReplyDeleteOnce again, you've chosen something that I would never ever have guessed at, CK!
ReplyDeleteYou are good at this!
That really is very pretty, you fooled the L outta us too CK!
ReplyDeletePretty lei ;) Would have been fun to see a photo with leopard ;)
ReplyDeleteL is for Landscapes
Yes! Pose with McDonald's (but get it delivered!!) You reminded Mom of my lei photo that she re-blogged zillions of times MOL!! Hoping you are staying safe/healthy! xoxo
ReplyDeleteHow fun. This reminds me of the wonderful Luau hubby and I attended on Maui. They gave me a lei and the food was so good. Thanks for making me smile.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day. ♥
Parker is very interested in your lei.....
ReplyDeleteMoney, money money.
That's a really pretty lei.
ReplyDeleteThe Florida Furkids
I want to see you wearing it :) M for Moo :) I wish Moo would come home, she got lost somewhere along the way. I know you sent her along, I had it narrowed down to 2 people but neither has her. XO
ReplyDeleteHmmm...any photos with a mud pie?
ReplyDeleteThe L word reminded me right away of the perfect song to go with it...Lay Lady (you) Lei..hehe - Tom x
ReplyDeleteYou look good with that lei, CK. Hmm, don't you love Chinese food? Too bad it prolly won't be moo shu pork tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun and pretty choice for L!
