Feral Friday Treats & Toys

Hola kitties! We’ve been having some severe thunderstorms in the hood. TW had the nerve to storm shame me on her FB page! She—the one who needs a thunder shirt. The truth is that I remembered something I needed to do in my office UTB. That’s why she saw me scamper under the bed. I admit the timing was bad since it was seconds after a huge flash of lightning and crash of thunder. I’m a feral kitty and I’m not scared of anything. End of story but not this post.

I'll start with a Flashback Friday Foto which hasn't been edited in any way. It was suggested by the Tabbies o' Trout Towne.

Today's foto #7312 is a flashback from October 2016 which wasn't that long ago. I'm surveying some of the loot that was sent for review by the Bavarian Cat Tool Co. Look at all the valerian toys! Unfortunately the delicious scent of the valerian nearly drove the peeps out of the condo so those toys are packed away in triple plastic bags. Every once in awhile TW takes one of them out for me but she can't find the owl pillow which was the one I really liked. That figures. She took about a million fotos and this is one that didn't make the cut prolly cos of the dirty column. That has since been cleaned and repainted—Not.

Let's join the Friendly Fill-Ins, a feature held weekly at this time, which is already in progress. Our hosts—15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs need no innerductions as they are giants in the cat blogging world. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are underlined and in italics with further comments in italics. Each week my image relates to one of the fill-ins. Today it relates to number one or two.

1. When I can't get TW to play with me, I get depressed and mope around.

2. Bring back Chinese takeout. The heck with the meatless junk the peeps have been eating. They say it's healthier for them, yet I haven't seen it. TW is draggier than ever and I'll bet her blood pressure is just as high. TW sez she'd like civility to be brought back. The past few years it seems to have disappeared. What happened to humans being kind to other humans not to mention cats.

3. I'm embarrassed to say I was a little spooked by the storm. Spooked. Not scared. Just a little, mind you. In fact, I just opened a satellite office in the walk-in closet.

4. I feel like cat treats give my life meaning. Imagine how shocked I was when TW announced we were out of SmartBites Wednesday night. The peeps think I was in shock last night from the storm, but it wasn't. Luckily TW ordered more from Chewy and they arrived the next day.
