I'm going to start with a Flashback Friday foto which isn't feral at all.
#6428 was chosen by Kitties Blue and hails from February 2016. This was back when I was "earning my keep." I got to review this litter for both Chewy and Blogpaws, which actually paid me for doing so. Believe it or not, TW made me pose with the litter for each review. She wasn't good with lead images or Photoshop in those days. It was also our first foray into using Canva. OMC! She made some stupid images of me as a geisha cat. Luckily this image wasn't 'shopped in any way. I'm supposed to look like I'm reading the bag except that I'm looking at the side of the bag. It's out of focus anyhoo so we couldn't have used it. I did pose nicely though.
Let's join the Friendly Fill-Ins, a feature held weekly at this time, which is already in progress. Our hosts—15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs need no innerductions as they are giants in the cat blogging world. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are underlined and in italics with further comments in italics. Each week my image relates to one of the fill-ins. Today it relates to number one or two.
1. A benefit of blogging is free product. Or so I've been told. It could also be entering and winning cool giveaways. I seem to be going through a cold streak in that regard too.
2. Sometimes one needs to step back and smell the posies. Step back and think of the future. I'm getting older and TW is spending all her time at the computer. I need attention.
3. I'm most likely to become famous for my stunning looks. It certainly won't be for this blog.
4. Meatless Monday is a current trend that makes no sense to me. I think humans need to eat meat every day. They need animal protein just like kitties. The peeps have been having entire meatless weeks now that Jersey tomatoes are in the stores.
August 2nd is a special day. It's Coloring Book Day so I've created an adult coloring page for you. I created the pic in DreamScope, converted it to black & white and waved my magic wand over it. Dreamscope created all those swirly shapes that will make it fun to color. I know my peeps have boxes of crayons and will print this out. You can too. Just click on it and biggify the art.
Do your peeps like to color? I've heard it's relaxing.
This will be my Feral Friday entry in the Caturday Art blog hop which is hosted by the lovely Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty and her mum to showcase the latest art by anipal artists using digital, Photoshop and original art. No talent? No problemo. There are hundreds of one-click apps for desktop or mobile devices that will turn your photos into works of art.

Can you believe my human never pays attention to whether she eats meat or not? And as it is, she only eats fish or chicken! So some days, the only protein she gets is from dairy products and those icky protein treats she eats! I'm glad I get meat with every meal.
ReplyDeleteMeatless anything makes no sense to me either!
ReplyDeleteC.K.,you need a warning label on you. Caution, cat may bite without notice.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you enjoyed the bitey session more than your Pop did CK. I enjoyed your answers too!!!
ReplyDeleteLove your fill-ins and I don't want anything to do with meatless Monday either.
ReplyDeleteHave a purrfect day and weekend. My best to your mom. ♥
Felines MUST HAVE MEAT! Hoomins...not so much. Balance is the key.
ReplyDeleteThe occasional bitey keeps your Pop on his toes.
ReplyDeleteHarley has used his teeth as warning on me. Maybe he's been reading your blog and being inspired.
ReplyDeleteThank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. Good to keep the peeps on their toes never knowing when you will bite. You are a famous dj- did you forget that? Thanks for the coloring page. Have a nice weekend. XO
ReplyDeleteLove that coloring page! I keep meaning to make time to color but it's just not happening. Fresh tomatoes...YUM!
ReplyDeleteMy mum is vegan and she gets all the protein she needs :)
ReplyDeleteCats of course are carnivores and need meat!
I bite my mum when we play :)
Thanks for sharing your Friendly Fill-in answers. We don't follow the Meatless Monday at all. All humans and kitties need meat everyday. Hope you're having a great weekend so far.

Great fill-ins, CK. Meatless Mondays sound kind of good (for humans, anyway), as long as there are those fresh tomatoes. :)
ReplyDeleteYour coloring page is super cool!
Meatless?!
ReplyDeleteWhat?
Are you kidding...say you're kidding!
Have a super Sunday...

CK, you said Pop didn't appreciate that you bit him, though he wasn't even touching you. But that was the problem. He wasn't touching you, which means he wasn't petting you or giving you his complete and full attention, and that's just all shades of wrong. If you're not being petted and praised, the human gets bit. Right? And if anyone's going to get famous for their stunning looks, CK, it's you! Purrs!
