I love being a Chewy Influencer. There's something new for me to try every month and look at how much I get to try! Some months I get treats or food and one month I even got a new cat tree! TW is always careful about what she orders for me cos I'm a picky eater especially with treats. I have a wonky food schedule. Some days are fasting and the rest are binging.
That said, I never met a gravy I don't like. OK, very rarely do I walk away from something without sampling the gravy. Most of the time I'll lap up the gravy and not touch the meat. Do you know any cats who do that? When TW gave me this month's treat from Chewy—Wellness Healthy Indulgence® Morsels with salmon & tuna in savory sauce—I not only lapped the
Back in the old days, TW used to buy me this junk supermarket food in a pouch cos it was cheap and the only thing she was sure I'd eat on one of my fasting days. I only got it once or twice a month but it was ghetto food so I enjoyed it. Then one day about a year ago, she dared to look at the ingredients. After she came to on the floor, she declared that I was no longer allowed to eat that food.
The Wellness Healthy Indulgence Morsels come in a pouch and have the same size morsels and consistency of that food but that's where the comparison ends. It has none of the junk ingredients. No grains, wheat, corn, soy, carrageenan and no artificial preservatives, colors or flavors. You can read some of the other benefits of this food in the graphic above. It does contain natural flavors which baffles TW and myself. I mean doesn't tuna and salmon have enough flavor?
Speaking of flavors, Healthy Indulgence Morsels come in six flavors: Chicken & Chicken Liver, Turkey & Duck, Salmon & Tuna, Chicken & Turkey, Chicken & Salmon and Tuna, all in a savory sauce/gravy.
Healthy Indulgence Morsels were formulated for finicky cats. Do you know any cats like that? Their menu of delectable tastes and textures will satisfy the most demanding palates of cats like myself who fancy ourselves as food critics. That's why I recommend you buy a case while they're still on sale for $23.76 at Chewy.com. That's less than $1 a meal.
I'll leave you with this stunning video. TW thinks I'm a noisy eater. What do you think? Make sure you watch till the halfway point to see my jaw exercises. If you can't see it you can watch it on YouTube. I wouldn't mind of you subscribed to my channel for more great videos.
Hmmm... if it has no carrageenan, I may want to give it a try. When I travel, my human likes brining pouch food because it's lighter and easier than cans - but she is picky about ingredients.
ReplyDeleteWeeeeeeOoooooo, yummy and healthy too! Hey, the higher the noise level the higher the yum CK!
ReplyDeleteLooks good, CK. We have a kitty in our house that sounds like you. She loves to lap up any gravy. I may have to look into this one for her!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds great food! Made yummy for even finicky kitties and healthy with good ingredient!
ReplyDeleteWe kitties just reviewed this too. We all loved it.
ReplyDeleteWe don't want to say you are a noisy eater, but we will suggest you not try to steal any food off her plate when TW turns her back.
My cats usually just lick the gravy and leave the rest so I will have to get some of this. Cute video, I am subscribed to your youtube channel.
ReplyDeleteThis food looks yummy CK. I wonder if mom can get it in Canada? Healthy Indulgence...we would like to try a pouch. Mom will take a look at our favourite pet store. Noisy? You? No, you made the morsels sounf like you really liked them. Good advertising...MOL

I am so glad you are enjoying the Wellness pouches, CK. Carmine and Milita have been enjoying some Wellness pate meals lately. Carmine tends to lick the gravy and not eat the meat if I feed him anything in sauce, but I may have to try this with him since you like it so much!
ReplyDeleteck....we iz now oh fish oh lee subscribed.....tho we canna commint bout de noiz... ore lack of.... coz de pee cee we iz on sux like a dam vacuum masheen..... N we canna heer anything......N R ewe seer ee uz....a new cat tree !! ??? ♥♥♥ sa ~ wheat !!
ReplyDeleteThose look like large chunks. Are they kibble-sized? For some reason, Pierre likes kibble but doesn't like his canned food in pieces quite that large, so the head peep is careful about that when trying new foods.
ReplyDeleteIt's slightly bigger than kibble but very soft. Sometimes TW cuts them in half for me.
DeleteMommy almost got these fur me, but she just hates all da fish and me doesn't like turkey. Glad you enjoyed 'em. Are you eatin' on da cat tree? Mommy says me's too messy fur dat. MOL

You're not a noisy eater, you're just enjoying your food!
ReplyDeleteAllie: You aren't going to take that sitting down are you girlfriend? Why just yesterday the WOMAN told Father that I "smacked when she eats". Hrmpf.
ReplyDeleteAs IF. ~Allie
We may need to give that food a try, CK. And honestly, you're no more a noisy eater than I am. ~Ernie
