Take care of the Earth. She is your furrend. She is all we have. Respect the Earth and all her creatures, great and small.


In La Condo Keisha, we recycle including my cat food cans, use LED and carbon fluorescent light bulbs, carry reusable totes, don’t have a car and save water. There’s still more we can do but we try to Live Green.

    Bravo, CK. We do those things, except we DO have a car. And I don't like going in it. The peeps should realize I am wailing because they are wasting resources using it!!

    It sounds like you guys do a lot to help protect the earth! We actually don't have home recycling in my community because the city can't afford to pay for it. Crazy, isn't it? We can recycle pop bottles (soda bottles as most people know them) which we always do. I also stop and pick up litter when I see it. That stuff drives me insane!

    The song is spot on CK. Thank you for sharing it. This planet is the garden of the human species and we are not doing it much good IMCO. And yes, our recycle bin is larger than our garbage bin both inside the house and the ones we put out once a week for pick up. We are working hard with our landlord to save water but she has grass. Thankfully we do not pay for her water...yet.We have used our own grocery bags and shopping bags for years; both the humans' cars a filled with them. We even have small bags for veggies we buy at grocery or farmer's markets. Happy Earth Day my BFGF and a totally AWESOME graphic.

    ck....we re cycle, re use, ree fuze plastic, keep de thermo on de standard settings, due not switch on lites till itz like way dark o clox N de food gurl wood love ta get rid oh her car but R citee iz knot pedestrian friend lee....♥♥

    We do what we can, but I do have a cat. In VT you have to. And I refuse to give up my incandescent light bulbs. I hoard them because those new ones give me a headache.

    Happy Earth Day CK! We recycle and save energy where we can. My humans do have a car though because they don't live near a bus route and are 6 miles from the nearest city and the nearest shops are 2 miles away.
