Friday Funny Foto Faux Pas

My Foto Frenzy feature has been on hiatus for the past few weeks. I’m gonna bring it back next week but today I’m gonna do a funny twist on it. While doing the FF, some pals want to know why some fotos are considered fails when they’re perfectly in focus, etc. Lemme tell you of an incident just this week.

You might remember a photo shoot just like this one.

Monday, I did a sponsored post for Hill’s Disaster Preparedness Relief Network. TW thought we could illustrate it by putting together some items that would be included in such a kit. She got food, water, meds, PTU, and bribed me with Greenies to pose with them. One of the fotos she took was a winner (see above)! She quickly uploaded them to the computer and brought the prize foto into PhotoShop. Suddenly, I heard the word I most dread when she’s working on my blog—“Oops!" That was followed by words like “You dumb cluck” (only she didn’t say cluck) aimed at herself. I’d call it a #senile moment. Just like Groundhog Day, I found myself repeating the foto session only this time I’d just eaten and couldn’t be bribed.

I’m sure by looking at the foto, you figured it out. We were working on a Hill’s campaign and she had me posing with Fancy Feast and Soulistic food. HAH! I’m sure the sponsor would have appreciated that—NOT! We had to do a do-over so she could have me pose with Hill’s food. She did wind up getting some cute stunning fotos of me with the sponsor's food. In fact, I think my poses were better in the second shoot. I’d say we averted a disaster by being prepared cos we had some Hill’s Science Diet in the condo for the strays.
