My Weekend by CK

Happy Monday morning. I thought I’d tell you what I did over the weekend—or what I didn’t do.  My peeps were out practically all day Saturday with Prudence’s humans. I had no one to talk to or play with. There were no drone flights. For those who don’t know, Pop and I got a DRONE for Christmas and I love to watch it fly—or sputter. Pop isn’t too good getting it up in the air. Oh, yeah, I attacked Pop early Saturday morning. No consequences cos he’s not a drama queen like TW.

Sunday, my purrayers were answered when Uncle Vince came ALONE without the sticky little human who gives woofies rectal exams. I quickly went into my office UTB. I wasn’t taking any chances. She could be lurking in the hall just waiting to come in and stick her finger where it shouldn’t go. They went out before breakfast for a day of drinking and debauchery breakfast and shopping and came home days later. They also drove Fraser Jr. off to places unknown and ditched his body. I doubt he’ll ever be found. RIP Fraser Jr.

After deserting me you better have brought me something!

In an unusual turn of events, TW—of all people—remembered she had a cat. Of course she turned down meat with her breakfast rather than bring me a kitteh bag. I won’t hold that against her too much cos of what happened next.

After they did their boring box store shopping where they bought tons of things they don’t need, TW told Uncle Vince she wanted to go into PetSmart and buy some stuff. She wound up spending over a hunnert dollars on me, all of which she called early Gotcha Day prezzies. Of course, this was my money I earned by promoting stuff on this blog. At least she spent my money on me for once and not herself. I got unscented STORE BRAND cat litter—I can’t wait to see the dust cloud that raises—and some cases of my favorite FF grilled tuna and my favorite Iams Tunatopia. That Tunatopia is like the nectar of the Gods but I fear I’m gonna have to pretend I don’t like it since we’re now well stocked.

She also bought some Greenies SmartBites and I got some toys which I’ll probably never look at! Kittehs I finally got an ESS!! You guys were right. It’s da bomb! As soon as Uncle Vince left, I made a beeline over to it and started working my claws. No one better mess with my Ess. Don’t touch my Ess neither! Uh huh. TW started these stupid Ess jokes on the way home and she’s actually gonna make me publish them.

Did I mention I hissed at Uncle Vince when he tried to pet me? Yeah, I did. Heh heh.
