Feral Friday Fancy Free & Easy Flashback

Hola kitties! I gotta open by wishing Aunt Pauline a Happy Birthday! This is also the start of Pop's staycation. It's gonna be a great week. I bet it's gonna be a hunnert degrees and they will stay home with me all week. We'll order in some Chinese food. I'll get treats whenever I ax. In short, The Cat will be in heaven.

In honor of Aunt Pauline's birthday, I'm gonna let her pick my flashback foto.

One of the numbers she chose was #1919 from September 2011, which just happens to be appropriate since this is the week of the MLB All-Star Game. I might mention here that one of our favorite, very deserving Yankees—Gio Urshela—was jobbed. I guess that would account for my slightly p.o.ed expression and mesmerizing green eyed stare. I wish TW would clear some of the garbage off this chair so I can nap on it again. Wha—? Can you believe this? She's saying that's all stuff for ME piled up on the chair. I have food that doesn't fit in the food cabinet? Can I fix that by eating it? NOW would be a good time.

We gonna go head now to the Friendly Fill-Ins, a feature held weekly at this time. Let's meet our hosts—15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are underlined and in italics with further comments in italics. Each week my image relates to one of the fill-ins. Today it relates to number three.

1. I like my pizza with chicken. I don't like pizza but Pop does and he'd better order it with that grilled chicken topping.

2. When I was homeless, I had to have my man Tuna catch my food. I like having the peeps fetch my food even better. I get 3.5 squares a day.

3. I spend the most time thinking about my next meal. Can you believe TW has the gall to ax me if I think our last name is Trump and they can afford to open a new can of food every time I look at my dish? I certainly hope that isn't my last name.

4. Biting TW is a risk worth taking. I know she's gonna get mad and yell and chase me but it's so much fun. Frankly, she needs the exercise.

I made both a birthday card and a puzzle for Aunt Pauline. She's a big fan of my puzzles. Above is the birthday card. I hope she's received our snail mail card.
