Pop says I was a "handful" when I was younger and he says nothing illustrates his point more than this foto, #65, was picked by the Eastside Cats and was taken in February 2008. My lasers are set to stun(ning) as I stand perched atop the door to TW's bedroom. I used to climb and jump all over the condo. Nothing was off limits or too high for me. The first time I jumped up here, TW had Pop climb on a chair to get me down cos she had heard fake news that cats would climb trees and not be able to get back down. If I remember right, that might have been after his back surgery when he wasn't supposed to lift anything too. Eventually she started just putting a chair there for me to jump onto but I preferred jumping all the way to the floor or her bed.
In approximately three months we'll be eating turkey and celebrating another Thanksgiving. Let me say I feel sorry for you if your humans don't serve you turkey on this special day. How about a foto from last Thanksgiving? Phoebe and the 15 & Meowing clowder selected #7446. With the exception of my kibble in the kitchen, I don't often hang there and especially not on two paws. That big aluminum pan contains the turkey and I want my cut. I'm looking the other way cos Pop is prolly tending to something on the stove. When I see and smell that turkey, I can be very impatient.
The Friendly Fill-Ins are hosted each and every week by 15andmeowing and McGuffy's Reader. My answers are truthful, so help me Cod. I can't speak for TW though. No fake news on this blog.
1. Anything that doesn't involve The Cat is a waste of time.
2. My favorite app is Photoshop, if by app you mean application. I use some of the photo editing apps but nothing we have to pay for. I don't pay to play but TW keeps mentioning doing Photoshop on the cloud. I hope she doesn't fall off that cloud but I must say I'll miss her in the computer room.
3. My first car was probably my bright red 'stang. Nascar Kitty from Nipclub hooked me up with it.
4. The best car I ever owned was the 'stang before I smashed it up, because I never get to go anywhere in my blue wheels (above). Pop doesn't want me driving. I'm a careful driver and never go

We have ceiling beams in the living room, and Binga says that when she first moved in here, she actually got on them once. Of course she was only 6 at the time, and my human says she is telling the truth, so I guess I believe her.
ReplyDeleteHow the heck did you get up there on that door! Hoping you got some of that turkey!
ReplyDeleteWhoa, CK, if door balancing were an Olympic sport, you'd win gold! And we know exactly what you're talking about when it comes to turkey. Yum!
ReplyDeleteLove the foto of you when you were "handful!" And of course you didn't need a chair to get down :-)
ReplyDeleteHow did you get up and stay balanced at the top of that door ? And how didi you get down after that ?Purrs
ReplyDeleteLook at those mad balancing skills! We're so impressed!
ReplyDeleteIntersting pictures! Cats balance well, I agree. I need to learn Photoshop. I really do.

Hahaha. Yep. This week's pictures show that you do get into everything, CK. Then again, it all belongs to you - so it's your right to do whatever you want with your stuff. I don't know how Pop and TW handle your stunning ... they're lucky they don't get burned!
ReplyDeleteYep, you gotta watch out for that fake news, ha!
ReplyDeleteWe are so lucky to have our number chosen. That is a cute photo, you look like a chef. I guess you were a handful when younger, I have never had a cat get up on a door like that. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I agree with #1 completely. That is a nice blue stang, good idea to keep it under 100. Have a great weekend! XO
ReplyDeleteI love your answers, CK! Isn't it fun to start thinking about the fall holidays???
ReplyDeleteWe're amazed you got up on top of the door like that, CK. You must have springs in your paws.
ReplyDeleteWe liked your fill-ins. Kali is still looking for her app....she figures she must have buried it in the garden.
ReplyDeleteShoko
Wow, CK, that's an awesome picture of you on the top of the door. We were already older when we got here, so if we used to do stuff like that, we're not telling. :) Love, Gracie and Zoe
