Snow Art Drawn While You Wait
Hope you finished all your Black Friday shopping—wait, I still haven’t given you my Christmas list so you couldn’t have. Today I’m participating in the Caturday Art Blog Hop. I got my Venus Paradise coloring pencils out to do a very special sketch for y'all.
Anyone’s human remember Venus Paradise coloring sets? After I finished sketching, I added some snow cos it’s the time of year when some of you have already gotten your first snowfall. Thankfully, we haven’t. Then I added another filter to make it look as cold as it’s gonna get.
Doesn’t it look like I’m laying in the snow? I’ll bet if I add a Santa hat and some garland, I could use this as my Christmas card. We’ve been working on a few designs.
Have you finished designing your Christmas/holiday cards yet?
Thanks to Athena and Marie for hosting the pawsome Caturday Art Blog Hop every week. Without it, TW would still be clueless about photoshop. Click the link to see more creative anipals displaying their art projects.

That's a cool drawing of you lying in the snow. Looks like you might need a hat and scarf to keep you warm.
ReplyDeleteHoliday cards!? Eeek! My human is insanely busy and hasn't even thought much of the holidays yet.

You and TW are extremely talented CK. We have to resort to someone else designing ours! M says she's as talented as a dead fish! D is talented, but he has gotten so shaky that he has had to give up his art.
ReplyDeleteC.K., We think your idea for a holiday card is perfection. Mom already did ours as well as one for Mauricio for Cat Scouts and has them here waiting to be addressed. We really like your art. Hope it doesn't get cold and snowy in the condo. Love the first photo with you in your beret and glasses. They suit you very well. ReplyDeleteCK, that's what it looks like outside here! ...we had our first and second snow on Thanksgiving and the day after. ...ok, so it was barely a dusting. Not nearly the blizzard conditions you seem to be enduring in your Caturday art!
ReplyDeleteYou make a gorgeous card CK! And we have not even thought about Christmas cards!!!

That looks amazing, CK! I sure wish we had some snow on the ground right now. Our card is done, thanks to Ann at Zoolatry, and will be making it's debut this week!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful art , I love snow and you so it is a perfect combination. I am still working on my card :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful - and VERY well done!! Love it!
ReplyDeleteWe glad that's only a photo effect and not the real thing, CK. We finished our holiday card yesterday and the mom ordered them!
ReplyDeleteThat's a really lovely photo, CK. It would make a wonderful holiday card design! The Mom hasn't even begun to help us pick out photos for our cards - shame on her!
ReplyDeleteYou look stunning in the snow CK <3 <3 <3

ReplyDeleteWe haven't had actual snowfall yet, either, thankfully. Stay warm and have a great new week!
CK we ordered our cards, yours will be one of the first to go out - honest!!
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely art! Cold though it may be, I've always loved snow for its beauty, and your snowy art is nothing short of beautiful. It would indeed make for a purrfect Christmas card. Christmas cards are still a work-in-progress here at my house. Purrs!
ReplyDeleteYou look..well...stunning CK! Love the snow effect!
ReplyDeleteWow, CK! We like that snow effect very much. Especially because it's not real snow that we have to shovel and slog through. We're still working on our Christmas cards here. We hope TW's back is getting better!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great effect CK! I haven't got The Staff organised yet re Chrsitmas cards! I suspect we will not be participating in the snail mail bit, just the e variety!
