Let's start the ball rolling with our weekly Foto Frenzy which is comprised of flashback fotos that you, the reader, choose. They are unedited and uncropped.

For foto #6456 from February 2016, TW made some coloring pages for my weekly art. Pop thought he'd like to color this one so TW printed it out. I wound up doing the posing AND coloring. The Trout Towne Tabbies chose this one from out of a long foto shoot. This was prolly the best of the bunch.

It was in July 2011 that TW bought the first foam rockets home from the dollar and up store. They were such a success, she then bought some other human toys she thought I might like. I did like them but they broke way too easily. I especially liked the gun that shot round plastic disks great distances. I'd run through the hallway chasing that disk. We still have the disks and if TW throws them, I still chase them. Having laser eyes permits me to see them through walls wherever TW shoots them. Thanks to Eric and Flynn's mum for choosing foto #1863, which never saw the light of day until now. This was a flashback that brought back good memories.

The Friendly Fill-Ins are hosted each and every week by 15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are underlined and in italics. Each week my image relates to one of the fill-ins. This week it relates to number four.
1. My neighbors are very inconsiderate. The peeps have lived here almost 15 years and these are the first ones to mount their speakers on the common wall. It's not that they necessarily play loud music, it's either sounds from video games or movies that annoy TW since they're repetitious and go on for hours—sometimes until two or three a.m.
2. The last thing I purchased online was cat food and treats. TW ordered my gut rot from Chewy and Petco for the next month or two. She needs stuff from Amazon but hasn't placed the order.
3. I have never seen a bit of uncovered human skin on a bed that I haven't maimed. You can ax Pop about that. I don't want to brag but I tattooed his arm bigly the other morning. He used HBO words. [Note from Pop: she also got me on the back of my right thigh.] [CK note: And, you speak like there's something wrong with that. It was uncovered … daring me to act.]
4. Anything is possible if there's food on the other end. I'm not food-motivated but I will eat out of TW's hand if she's holding food. In the foto above I was eating some turkey out of her hand. She cries how scared she is of me but yet she trusts that I'll eat out of her hand without eating her hand. She might even hear me purr. An alternate answer would be Anything is possible if we band together and make it happen like rehoming a cat or driving a woofie across the country. There is strength in numbers.
For my art this week I made another coloring page in Photoshop. I think it came much better than the one I did for foto #6456. First I turned a colorful foto black and white. Then I used the glowing edges filter (I think) which turned it into a negative and then did Apple+i to invert the colors. Easy peasy. Click to biggify it so you can print it out, paint or color it and make your own art.
I'm participating in The Caturday Art blog hop which is hosted by the lovely Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty and her mum to provide a platform for anipal artists to showcase their latest digital, Photoshop and original art. No talent? No problemo. There are hundreds of one-click apps for desktop or mobile devices that will turn you into a regular PiCATso.
My human refuses to let Binga eat out of her hand - that's how she wound up at Urgent Care (my human, not Binga), because she mistook my human's thumb for a treat! My human always tries to have me eat out of the palm of her hand when we are out on a therapy visit, or around kids at a cat show, because that is the safest way for humans to share food with kitties, and she makes it a teachable moment.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, I printed out that first coloring page and I will this new one too. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. That was very rude of your neighbors to do that. There should be something written in the lease that says you can't do that. I know you like to bite, but I didn't realize no skin could be left uncovered- yikes! Have a nice weekend! XO
ReplyDeleteMom is going to print out your coloring page. Funny thing is that she just got back into coloring (see #2 of our fill-ins!)
ReplyDeleteMom's legs have lots of little bloodied spots from Noelle Scissorhands but no bites (yet).
The Florida Furkids
Ugh, I would hate that neighbor situation! Your #3 made me laugh. :-)
ReplyDeleteCK, it's hard to go back to work after a staycation; I know how your dad feels.
ReplyDeleteThose were terrific answers and your photos are always fun CK!

CK, your laser eyes are one of your most stunning features! And your fill-ins are fantastic, of course. When this here human was a kid, she lived in an apartment complex with her parents. We lived next door to some college students, and that was something else. Your neighbors sound a lot like those punks. You should give them a piece of your stunning mind. Purrs!
ReplyDeleteI love your coloring page! Noisy neighbors are the worse. Mine are pretty quiet - at the moment - but I've had some doozies.
ReplyDeleteIf we had neighbors like that, we’d go crazy! We’re sorry you guys have to put up with that.
ReplyDeleteCK tell the shits to take the speakers of the bloody wall. We had years of a crap head downstairs and his music and it almost got to Curt but the sod got a job and it all stopped. If you have a committee go to them, otherwise you may need to threaten them with legal action.
ReplyDeleteYou need to stamp down HARD on their fingers and keep stamping.
I hope it is sorted out for you.
love the coloring page
ReplyDeleteI LOVE these coloring pages! I mean REALLY REALLY love them! Maybe you should put together a coloring book of your stunningness, CK!
ReplyDeleteThese coloring pages are amazing! You should totally do a book!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry about your neighbor. We know how it feels but our neighbor got arrested by the police and now has been kicked out of his house so we won't have to deal with him anymore. It was a really scary thing to watch though. Us kitties were hiding.
Angelic Clowder
Sorry to hear you're having neighbor issues, that can be very stressful.
ReplyDeleteThe coloring pages are great.
Have a wonderful neighbor noise free weekend...
Noodle and crew
The disc toy sounds fun. That’s a lovely photo of you looking up towards the camera :-)
ReplyDeleteHaving neighbors who make you listen to their game noise could be very irritating. Perhaps there is an ordinance in your area that would cover that.
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed week.
We have annoying neighbors too, right behind us they seem to think everyone wants to hear their LOUD stereo all weekend long, every weekend.. Is it wrong of me to wish rain would ruin it since it's outside??
ReplyDeleteLove all of your foto frenzies! Almost all of my pictures have the eye flash thing, so we're used to it, lol!
Love your art. Athena will scratch me like crazy if I try to get her into her carrier - one of the reasons that our moving day was a nightmare. And as for inconsiderate neighbours I've had quite a few of those. The worst was when I lived in my own apartment and a very nasty elderly lady made my life hell.
ReplyDeleteWe like the sound of that disk toy, CK! Well, Ava does anyway. :)
ReplyDeleteYour neighbors sound like real buttheads. We're so sorry you have to deal with that ... so inconsiderate!
Your artworks are excellent again, CK and your answers on the fill ins...OMC it looks like I must wear an armor when I come near you...MOL :D I think it's very disrespectful if someone doesn't take ya into account. It says so much about them! Pawkisses for a Happy Day :) <3
