In today's fotos, I'm taking a tour of the beds in our condo.
Shoko axed to see #1250, from October 2010. Normally we wouldn't publish a foto with such clutter; but, being as it was requested and the bed was being made, it was incumbent on us to show it. TW was making her bed so I thought she might appreciate my help. I swear, she can be so ungrateful. She figured if I saw the flashy box, I would leave. No, I just made myself even more comfy. This was the first shot she took. You can see I'm pointing out how displeased I am with the lousy job she did on the hospital corners. I do love these jersey sheets. They're soft and warm.
Let's take a walk down the hall to Pop's room and jump on his bed. This is the third foto from this shoot that's been picked. The only one not picked is the best one. MOL! Anyhoo, Aunt Pauline wanted to see #2999 from January 2013. Can you see all my disciples in the background? I had just finished preaching when I decided to take a walk to find a nice spot on the baby blue bamboo/cotton blankie to park myself. Then along came
The Friendly Fill-Ins are hosted each and every week by 15andmeowing and McGuffy's Reader. They make up the fill-ins and I make up the answer. My answers are in italics. Each week my image relates to one of the fill-ins. This week it relates to number four.
1. I am the boss in my family. Whatever I say goes. My teeth and claws are sharp and I have no problem using them to retain order. One thing I love to do is to try to get the peeps to argue. It's not that hard either although they may be onto my game.
2. I have NO sibling(s). TW tried, at one point, to adopt a sisfur for me which didn't go well at all. She was sent packing, fearing for her life. Heh heh.
3. I am looking forward to it actually getting warm this Spring. We may still be having snow in July this year. I hate this climate change.
4. The first sign of Spring this year was SNOW. Lots of snow. almost nine inches of snow. What is this "Spring" of which you speak of?
It's time for some art. I'd planned on creating something bright and Spring-like but all I see when I look out the window is snow. What's a stunning cat to do?
Cartoon Keisha is looking out the window and doesn't look happy. She doesn't sound happy either cos she thought Spring had sprung. What's all this white stuff and why is it so cold? Will Spring ever be sprung in the Northeast? Find out next week whether I can finally do some bright, Spring-inspired art.

I love your cartoon art today! A lot of kitties seem to have welcomed snow instead of spring. It's been raining here.
ReplyDeleteNine inches? OMC!
ReplyDeleteSorry no sprung spring there. Here in Texas we are so enjoying the warmth and all the green stuff in the air. You have white stuff on the ground we get green pollen. But it's beautiful! We will send some your way. Love the artwork. Stay warm. Purrs
ReplyDeleteI hope snow won't be the new normal as the sign of spring. Cartoon Keisha doesn't look happy but she is very cute :-)

ReplyDeleteI love your art, it is so you :) Great bed photos too, you have a lot of "friends" on your Pop's bed. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. Spring does seem to be hiding this year. I thought there was global warming, not cooling. Have a nice weekend.See you at the SCIFI Pawty. XO
ReplyDeleteMOL, Keisha, your art says it all and from what we can gather by the comments of other felines doing the Friday fill ins, a lot of kitties are suffering through a verrrry loooong winter! My question is, what will the humans do to compensate us for this agony?

ReplyDeleteHopping from bed to bed, CK!?! Well, you ARE stunning! Enjoy ;)
ReplyDeleteEveryone is sick and tired of winter. I don't think there was one person today that didn't want spring to show up. We're waiting too.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day and weekend. ♥
Haha the first sign of spring is snow...hahahaha
ReplyDelete"Where the hell is spring?" is exactly what I've been thinking, although we got lucky and ended up with less snow than expected--and it has almost all melted now. It doesn't surprise me that you are the boss in the family! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the art!
ReplyDeleteIt was a bit milder today in London. We haven't had as much snow as you.

CK Darling! I LOVE all your bed shots! We have 2 beds too! We only sleep in one. BUT I like the one in the other bedroom as it has the best sunpuddles EVER! That bed gets slept in when we have company and then I, Marvelous am NOT allowed in there! Unless, of course, if it is Dad, then I can fight with Kozmo and Jo Jo for a spit.
