The NY Lottery has some new scratch-off games and one of them is called Fat Cat. Normally these games wouldn't innerest us cos TW isn't a gambler but occasionally she'll buy a scratch-off card. Sometimes she'll get lucky and win the price of the card back. There was that one time long ago and far away when she won $50 but that's not the norm.
When she learned about the Fat Cat game and saw the tickets, she had to play. At $2 a ticket, why not? Aren't they adorable? Personally I think the one I designed below is much more adorable but you decide.
Dunno if you can see from this badly-photographed image but we won $5 on the first card.
TW is torn between keeping one of the cards intact or scratching them all. Right now with my urging, we're gonna scratch 'em all. My sharp claws were made for scratching.
If'n I had my way—and I should being as this is MY blog after all—I would have titled it "Wanna Be a Fat Cat Like CK." No, wait, that doesn't sound right. I'm very fit and trim. Cats may take it the wrong way. Maybe "Feline Lucky" isn't that bad a title after all.

ReplyDeleteThe Hubby calls playing the lottery 'voluntary taxation', so you can see that we don't partake much! However, if there was a kitty-themed lottery, I'd find a way to play!

ReplyDeleteThat is so cute, I want to go to NJ now. The one with you is even cuter. Do you have scanners in stores to check old lottery tickets yourself? She could get one and scan it at the store to know if it is a winner and if not, don't scratch it :) XO
