Cat Claws Has a Surprise Giveaway For You

Cat Claws™ subscription box review & giveaway

Disclaimer: I received a complimentary subscription box from Cat Claws in exchange for my fair and honest review. No money exchanged hands (or paws). Cat Claws is not responsible for the contents of this post. I only share products that I believe in.

I am super, super, super excited to welcome Cat Claws™ as a new sponsor of this blog! Why am I so super times three excited? Because TW has been a customer of theirs since 1992, that’s why. Aunt Pauline first innerduced her to this fantabulous mail order company when she sent Autumn a Nipper toy—which we renamed Pauline—for Christmas. We became fans. Our first cat trees were bought from them including the pink one I still love. They come fully assembled which is a plus where my peeps are concerned. There’s so many things to love about the Cat Claws brand, including my peppermint sticks (above) that are still faves of mine.

Who are Cat Claws?

They were founded in the mid 1980s by Bill and Gale Seliskar after Bill, who owned a corrugated box company, noticed their cats loved to scratch on samples he would bring home. Yeppers, they invented the corrugated cardboard scratchers that so many of you love. Bet you didn’t know that. We did cos our Autumn loved those scratchers. TW would buy them in shipments of 10 a few times a year.

Nicky loved peacock feathers too!

What makes Cat Claws pawsome?

The quality of their products. I have hand-me-downs from the cats that came before me that can still handle a beating. They also feature items that are available for a penny when you place an order. My peppermint stick was one of those penny items. They have 31 office cats who are featured in their catalogs. They’re also the first place to feature peacock feathers as cat toys! I’ve turned more than a few of you on to those long feathers that are just waiting of be killed. As if that isn’t enough, now there’s another reason they are pawsome.

Innerducing the all new Cat Claws Cat Subscription Box

This box caught our attention when their latest catalog showed up in our mailbox. It’s unique in that it’s bimonthly, meaning you get a box every other month. Being a blogger, we were never able to sign up for any of those other subscription boxes because we couldn’t afford them every month. For $24.95, you’ll get a box filled with toys, treats and other cat products along with special coupons and offers. Boxes are shipped in December, February, April, June, August and October and you can cancel at any time prior to shipment. I can tell you their toys are worth the price.

Cat Claws Subscription Box review & giveaway

Cat Claws was kind enough to ship their October box to this little ghetto kitteh AND provide one of their December boxes as a giveaway to a lucky stunningkeisha.com reader! The December box will arrive just in time to be a purrfect holiday gift for your cat or to give as a gift. Secret Paws is coming up fast.

Cat Claws Subscription Box review & giveaway

Spoiler Alert: Lemme tell you about the October box. I was so excited when it arrived. TW couldn’t open it fast enough. The box contained:

  • a small Relax-a-cat Scratcher with the “Cat Eyes” print to look spooky for Halloween, which comes with a bag of their certified organic catnip
  • Cat ’n Around Spider Refillable Catnip Toy with a pouch of certified organic nip
  • a set of two fuzzy Cuddlepillars Refillable Catnip Toys with a pouch of certified organic nip. The Velcro opening on their toys makes it easy to refill them with nip or even silvervine or valerian if you’re adventurous.
  • Five small sparkleballs
  • TREATS! There was a bag of NaturVet Naturals Soft Chews. Dunno if I should be insulted that they were Stool Deodorizer+ Plus Catnip. This kitteh’s poos smell like roses on a summer day!

Cat Claws™ subscription box review & giveaway

I’m sorry; my bad. You want the 411 on the giveaway so let’s get to it. Cat Claws has graciously agreed to send one of my readers a December subscription box! You can enter for yourself or for a shelter. All you have to do is fill out the Rafflecopter. No purchase necessary. Giveaway is open to 18 and over US residents only. Void where prohibited. Giveaway will run from October 19 and will end October 26 at 11:59pm ET. One winner will be randomly selected by Rafflecopter and notified via email. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. You got all that? Best of luck to everyone.

a Rafflecopter giveaway

By the way, I haven’t forgotten my non-U.S. readers. I will donate my set of sparkleballs from the October box along with a lock of stunning fur to one lucky non-U.S. reader. Just tell me on the comments that you’d like to enter, your e-mail address and which country you live in. Same rules apply as above except I’ll be using Random.org to pick a winner. It isn’t much but it’s the thought that counts, right?

Don’t forget this is the last day to enter the Weruva Pumpkin Patch Up! giveaway for cats and dogs.

I don’t know about you but I feel like playing now!

  1. Hi Darling, The Human promises we will come back and read more, but we want to answer about the Whiskas. When I was a young kitty, I would hardly eat ANYTHING. One thing I would eat was Sheba in the square cans and then they stopped making it! The Human was frantic--she spent certainly hundreds--if not more--of green papers trying to find things I would eat. She would actually weep in frustration. Then, after a year or two, Whiskas began making that same food in the same flavors in the same cans--so she started buying it and lo! and behold, I eated it! Now she has been trying to expand my horizons, and I am a little better than I used to be, but I am still very likely to reject new foods. She knows it's not the best, but figures neither is starvation and she has managed to get to me eat Fancy Feast sometimes, and some kinds of newer versions of Sheba and once in awhile the fancy expensive good for me stuff. But it's still a crapshoot. She feels bad and guilty so please forgive her--she is trying to do the best she can :-(
