How many of you guessed that the peeps would
FORGET Senile Saturday. To that end, I'm gonna embarrass TW like she's never been embarrassed before. When the following photo fell into my possession, I knew I had to share it with my furrends. Behold, I give you a snapshot of TW, age 3½, downing a bottle of beer. I apologize for the black and white grainy picture. It was taken hundreds of years ago on the first camera every invented.
And, she's trying to raise me to follow in her drunken footsteps. No cats actually drank beer in the making of this photo; however, it
IS nice to see TW still has a taste for a weekly brewskie. Hmmmm, wonder if that's whats responsible for this early senility I've been noticing …

Woman, since when aren't we buying American? |
Now that is hysterical. An early drunk. Too funny. Love the picture. Did you try that beer CK?? Happy Memorial day to ya.
ReplyDeleteLove it! And what fun, we didn't know there was a "senile Saturday", that's purrfect for us golden oldies here.
ReplyDeleteHahahaha! Tip one for me, ladies :)
ReplyDeleteSeriously, CK, I think you and TW have hit on something..except we missed Senile Saturday. I have an old b&w pic of Mom Julie, also at a table, trying to remember her manners..we'll have to share it with everyone..of course, when she's not looking..
Hugs,
Tom xx
When my human was that age, or maybe a bit younger, she tried to guzzle a bottle of hot sauce! I think that indicates that YOUR human may have more sense than mine!
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha sweet cat - greet :)
ReplyDeleteHaha!! Our mom says TW must be a real party animal!! Unlike you, right, CK?? Stick to nip...it's much better than beer!!
ReplyDeletetoo funny! so THAT explains it!!! hehehe
ReplyDeleteBTW haven't seen any other posts for "Senile Saturday"...you sure you have the right day? lol
Ha ha ha ha ha! That's the MOST HILARIOUS PHOTO we have ever seen!
ReplyDeleteSo who's that smiling 9-year-old looking a little too happy, if you know what I mean and I think you do. Has she already had hers?? Your Human should have this made into a poster
;-)
I wonder if I dare put one in of mommy back in the day when she had a four sack dress on?
ReplyDeleteWell zck, she was just having a beery nice time!
ReplyDeleteROFL! Yesterday a friend posted an article of cows that broke through a fence to get to a party- so they could drink all the beer!
ReplyDeleteAllie: oh CK, truly, what a trial! Ours doesn't buy American either (but usually it's wine).
ReplyDeleteGosh that was grainy!! Had to bigify and peer a bit!!! Can I ask was TW acquainted with Monsieur Daguerre? They could have been buddies :)
ReplyDeleteEven tho M is senile and anchient (before the Romans in Greece) she has no pictures. Can you belive that - they must not have had cameras then,
ReplyDeleteCK having this dirt on the human is good to keep them on their toes. And my Mom says that in this case American is not the best choice for beer.
ReplyDeleteHmmm... 'forgetting' senile Saturday? Isn't that kind of to be expected? hehehe... purrs
ReplyDeleteHahahah! Sorry, I´m laughing!
ReplyDeleteHello CK my darling! Just dropping by to say NO NO NO, not THAT 700 Club ::shudder:: Hope you are having an easy Sunday ;-) XOXOXO
ReplyDeleteThat's HILARIOUS!!!!! 3 1/2 years old and she's throwing one back with both hands. haha!!!
ReplyDeleteI know the brew it not your thing, CK...but you DO look stunning sitting next to the bottle.
heh heh

Well, yes, TW should be buying American Brew, CK. She could go for a microbrewery or something. Not that we know anything about that!
ReplyDeleteIn response to your question, Mom is still with the new family. The little one takes a lot of caregivers in order for her Mommy not to lose it from exhaustion. But things are coming along and the Grandpa is getting his chance for a short visit. So Mom is still challenged when it comes to posting for us, because she has so few pictures. And so little time!!!
Hello - I am here via the Saturday Pet Blogger Hop, which looks really great. I have two cats - both tabbies, a boy called Jazz and a girl called Daisy.
