Art to Honor Those Who Served

Yo kittehs! Thanks for all the support and ideas how to get TW to break open the swag. It still hasn't worked. I may have to go on the attack and she knows what that means. She's showed me two big bags of kibble. I've been nibbling on the bags cos I have a feeling it's the closest I'll get to actually eating the food inside for awhile. TW rations kibble like it's made of gold, which I don't understand cos we get it gratis.

Today, though, is Caturday and that brings me to my art honoring those soldiers who keep us safe.

Last year I created this art but it was too late for Memorial Day so we put it aside. Surprise, surprise, TW remembered it! I must say I'm in shock.

We did this piece in Photoshop. I didn't think it was "artsy" or "fancy" enough with everybody using Dreamscope and Lunapic so I took to my paintbrush to lend some "authenticity" to the art. I am pawsome!

I hope your humans have a long weekend to spend spoiling you. I also hope my furrends whose humans haven't coughed up the swag yet, shape up and hand it over.

Remember this weekend to thank a veteran before you light the barbecue.
