If I get a new tree, I hope it's WAAAYYY taller than this one |
I've been very good the past 3 days and have been eating all my grain-free stinky goodness. I'd been off it a couple of days and TW was worried that I'd get dehydrated or something. Secretly, I think she was more worried that the money she'd spent on this food, which is not cheap, was flying out the window. Right now, I seem to like the chicken best. Usually, I only eat the tuna and salmon. I like to keep her on her toes.
I'm sorry if we haven't been commenting on my furrends' blogs daily. TW either has an ear/sinus infection, pinched nerve in her neck or her vertigo came back big time. When she sits at the computer any length of time, she get incredibly dizzy in the head. Just turning her head makes her dizzy She's even talking about visiting Dr. Quack, her know-nothing doctor. Unfortunately, her insurance doesn't cover any tests so his guess is as good as hers. MOL! I think she just needs to be bitten by a professional like myself.
There's a 24-hour Santa Paws Drive pawty this weekend. Lots of cool prizes. I'll be djing Caturday night. Don't forget to donate a few green papers using the widget on the sidebar. They're also selling $1 raffle tickets to win some pawsome goodies like a year's supply of Greenies, a cat scratcher lounge and even a Bissell turbo prize pack. Read about the wonderful shelters who's pets will have a Merry Christmas with your help and mine.
Last bit of news is there is still time to enter my Royal Canin giveaway. Any comment received before December 14th will be entered to win one of 10 RC Discovery boxes filled with their Selective formulas. You know you want them! This food is CK tested and approved!
Yes CK, by all means, keep aways from the windows! Hey, a new tree sure sounds like fun!!!
ReplyDeleteYikes - CK - I think you and your family had better move here by me. We never hear gun shots, but M says it does sometimes happen in the city. So happy you and your family are safe. So sorry TW is still not feeling better. Hope she's getting lots and lots of rest and can get some medicine to help her. Dizzies are no fun cuz M has had to put up with some of that too. Purring for TW to feel better. purr purr purr purr purr
ReplyDeleteThat would be awesome if you got another cat tree, CK! And of course your humans should let you keep both - what do they need furniture for anyway? They can make do.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're all right and the gunshots weren't near enough to you to hurt you. I'd be furry scared if I heard that. *shivers*
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see pics of your new cat tree!
Whoa, CK there is lots going on at your house and your 'hood for sure. We hope your pressie is a cat tree that would be awesome. We send healing purrs to TW for her to feel better as soon as possible.
ReplyDeleteugh vertigo!! No fun!!! Mom gets that too, as if she isn't DIZZY enough!!
ReplyDeleteWe donated to Santa Paws a week or so ago :)
Bissell??? Oh dear Cod, don't they make like (shhhhhh) vacuum cleaners or sumfing? ::shudder:: That is very inneresting about the gunshots. We don't ever hear any around here, but The Human works in a sort of shady neighborhood where drivebys are a regular occurrence. I purrsonally do not like the sound of THAT!
ReplyDeleteI think the Humans should donate a piece of furniture so you can haz BOTH kitty trees.
Finally, I LOVES my new header ♥ ♥ ♥
We agree! More kitteh furniture, less hooman furniture! We'll cross our paws fur you to get it!
ReplyDeleteGUNSHOTS???? I would be so scared I would never come out from under da bed! Sure hope TW's neck gets better and that it not too serious. And I definitely think you should get to keep BOTH cat trees of course. Our neighbor was selling hers, it's brand new and never used since her cat ran away. Mom wanted to buy it but dad said no, that I already climb on everything in the entire house and that there's no place to put it. Hmpf I say!
ReplyDeleteOh, no gunshot...it's scary. I heard gunshot once (I believe it was gunshot) when I was living in an apartment long time ago. That neighborhood became more and more dangerous and I am glad I moved.
ReplyDeletePlease be careful, stay safe.
CK, you and TW stay safe, well your Pop too of course! I haven't heard a gunshot in the neighborhood For a while and hope I don't anytime soon.
ReplyDeleteMy mom still remembers your mom calling her when she was so hurt with her broken wrist and terribly hurt legs. Mom appreciated the care so much snd has never forgotten that kindness.
Now my mom said she wishes she could purr for yours but I will do that and she can purray.
xoxo #Pawcircle
Hello, my Sweet Tough Girl! Hope your Mom is feeling better, and also hoping you are making progress in convincing the Humans to let you keep both trees. I sense the Male Human may be the weak one. Start there.
ReplyDeleteCK, we hope TW feels better soon. Glad you are a'scared of gunshots, just stay low. And we're with Spitty on working on the male human to keep both trees, just think you could have a forest.
ReplyDeleteLaura and Taffy
Sorry. We meant NOT scared.

Go easy on TW, CK. She deserves a little slack. Emphasis on LITTLE. Tell her to feel better. I hear chicken is good for her ills. How about sharing a little stinky goodness with her?

Okay, here's the deal. The Human DOES refrigerate the rest of the jar, but I will not eat it cold. So she has to take the jar out and let it come to room temp before I will enjoy it a second time. As if I should eat it cold--puh-leez!!
ReplyDeleteThis stuff is a rare treat and sometimes I eat half the jar and then it keeps getting shoved back in the fridge and eventually goes bad. That breaks my flinty little heart! When I get some, it seems such a tragedy to let half go to waste!!
Yes, okay, I *do* like it off her finger like a big wuss, and no I NEFFUR put the bitey on her. Self-interest, y'know?
