A Profile in Stunning for Santa

Hola kitties! Are you just about ready for that jolly guy in the bright red suit to break into your house and leave you presents? You should be cos time is running down. Our tree is trimmed; my cards have been mailed. All that's left is waiting for Mr. Claus. Oh wait, TW says the cookies haven't been bought. Gasp! What will we leave for Santa?

Let's start with the Friendly Fill-Ins cos they're all about Christmas appropriately. In case you're just joining us, the Friendly Fill-Ins is a feature held once a week at this time. Let's meet our hosts—15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are underlined and in italics with further comments in italics. Each week my image relates to one of the fill-ins. This week it relates to number three. This was my DJ avatar for last year's Catmas Eve pawty.

A Profile in Stunning for Santa

1. Every Christmas, I play in all the wrapping paper. On Christmas Day, I get to open my Secret Paws' gifts too only I'm still waiting for Santa to deliver them.

2. The day after Christmas, I start looking forward to my Gotcha Day which is January 29. The peeps better get me something really good. TW usually forgets it.

3. 'Twas the night before Christmas, and I was DJ'ing another Catmas Eve pawtyThe pawty runs from 3 pm on the 24th until 3 am. and benefits Black Cat Rescue, a No Kill cat rescue organization in Boston, MA. My shift is at 10 pm. Use the hashtag #CatmasEve on Twitter to win some great prizes.

4. All I want for Christmas is real estate. Yeah, I think the peeps should move to a bigger condo with a nice catio that I can enjoy summer and winter. Short of that, I'd like a mess of Chinese food.

In the first Flashback Friday Foto Frenzy foto, I'm looking out the window for Rudolph's nose leading Santa's sleigh. Okay, so foto #853 is from February, 2010 which means Santa has come and gone but I had to keep the old Christmas theme, didn't I? Thanks to the Swiss Cats' Zorro and Pixie for choosing this stunning profile.

Here's another stunning profile picked by mum Jackie from Memories of Eric and Flynn. As you can see, I'm bathing so I look my best on Catmas Eve. You never know who I'll run into. What's even better about foto #1805 from June 2011 is where I'm doing my bathing. Those are clean, warm sheets fresh from the dryer. When I turned around to face TW, I had the most satisfied look on my face.

We only mailed my Christmas cards on Wednesday so they prolly haven't arrived yet. I don't like to publish the actual cards before the recipients receive them but here's a tease. You'll see the real deal on Tuesday. This is my e-card so feel free to take it if you don't have it.

This is my entry in the Caturday Art blog hop which is hosted by the lovely Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty and her mum to provide a platform for anipal artists to showcase their latest digital, Photoshop and original art. No talent? No problemo. There are hundreds of one-click apps for desktop or mobile devices that will turn your photos into works of art like this one.

  6. Maybe the peeps can move out to the country where you could have your own yard, too. Just a thought. Have a Merry and Jesus filled Christmas.

  13. Chinese Food wishes!!?? Horrors@!! You must been talking to some outlaw cats!

  14. We hope you get your real estate, although that might be a bit large for Santa to cart around in his sleigh and we are not sure it would fit under a tree.

All Chimera wants for Christmas is not to be a cone head. Alas she has to wait until the 26th for the happy event.

  18. I hope your Secret Paws presents arrived so you can open them on Christmas. Or play in all the wrapping paper. Whatever you prefer. Merry Christmas!!

  19. I'm sorry we've gotten into such a bad habit of commenting so late, and sometimes never, CK. Blame the human here, because it's 1000% her fault. That being said, thank you for joining in on the festive Friendly Fill-Ins! The kitties think that one of the best things about Christmas is wrapping paper. One of the other best things is boxes. Obviously. We were excited to finally open our Secret Santa Paws gifts on Christmas morning, and we'll be sharing them on our blog this weekend. Most importantly, we sure hope you got that Chinese food! Merry Third Day of Christmas!
