Happy Caturday kittehs! I'm happy cos I'm creating art. I've also painted my studio a pretty pinkish color. You like? As you can see, I've sketched my design and now I'm about to paint it.
I decided to take it off the easel to lay it on the floor to make it easier on my paws.
What color do you think I should make the blankie?
Guess what? I've decided to let you guys color it! You can biggify the art to either print it out or use one of the online photo editors to color it. I think it would be fun if you posted them on my Facebook page. You game? I'm counting on you!
Have a great weekend. Don't forget the Auction of Austin Pets Alive! Marjorie is adding amazing new items every day. This kitteh will be donating a Christmas kitty cat coloring book for those who need more art to color. I'll throw in a lock of my furs and another cool toy to whoever wins it.
We're getting the remnants of Harvey today and tomorrow so the peeps may have to stay indoors keeping me company. Sounds like a plan to me.
If you liked my art—or even if you didn't—you can see more feline and pet art by checking out Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty for all the creative links in the Caturday Art Blog Hop. Athena and her mum would love to have you visit.
Sketch art is so cool! Staying dry inside is a good idea - your humans aren't as dumb as you make them out to be.
ReplyDeleteYou are the most artsy artist I know CK!
ReplyDeleteYou are one fantastic artist CK!
ReplyDeleteYou are a true creator of art BFGF. we're gonna try to load this into an editor and color it.
ReplyDeleteAwesome job, CK. You are super duper creative, for sure!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea CK but there are too many small lines for my Mom MOL!! BTW we gave a shout out to you on our award post a few days ago! Love, Cody catchatwithcarenandcody
ReplyDeleteYour sketch is lovely. I think your blankie would look good in blue, or maybe purple to look more regal.
ReplyDeleteThat is lovely ck. You are very talented...no doubt about that! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI just tried to color your beautiful picture and all I can do is scribbles with the photo editor online. I will keep trying :) XO
ReplyDeleteWe're getting Harvey tomorrow :( Might be a good day to stay in and color!
ReplyDeleteYour sketch is very pretty, CK. Maybe orange for blankie as autumn is on the way :-)
ReplyDeleteWe think this looks like a conniving kitty...a cat after our own hearts!
ReplyDeleteMom hasn't had time to color, but as soon as she does again, she's going to color you stunning! MOL. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy
ReplyDeleteYou're very creative, and to making a coloring poster is a cool idea. Too bad Mom has such bad vision that coloring drives her bonkers! She sees all those adult coloring books at the store and wonders how grown-ups can do them without getting splitting headaches. We need the toddler style book with big spaces and thick lines!
ReplyDeleteMiss CK, * this is very serious talk *
ReplyDeleteWho dare not to like your art, BITE them !

ReplyDeleteWhat pretty kitty art you've made, CK! I think that blankie should be light pink to coordinate with your studio. Your beret suits you well as une féminine artiste! -Valentine (& Mom) of Noir Kitty Mews

ReplyDeleteWe love that picture in black and white, although it would be fun to color. It looks like a wood block or linoleum block print. Nice job,CK!
