Monday Musings—RIP Evil V.C.!

Dateline, the Condo—Whoa! What a lot of stuff I have to cram into this blog! Unfortunately, I don’t have any any video footage or anything, but I know you’ll follow along. I can see everything that goes on in the condo from behind this lamp.

Our first story was one of my most popular Facebook posts, even though it has to do with Twitter. Strangely enough, I posted about it on Twitter and got one measly response. Go figure this social media stuff. Thursday was my 5th Twitterversary and they sent me a virtual cake. For those who don’t know, I started my Internet domination on Twitter, moved to Facebook and then started my blog several months later. September will be my 5th Blogoversary.

Our next story is of interest to those who hate the sucky machines aka the evil V.C. OUR'S DIED ON CATURDAY!! Woohoo! The sucky part, which has already been replaced once, fell apart. The V.C. is 10 years old so it’s amazing that the motor and everything else still works. TW bought the Electrolux Harmony cos it was supposed to be super quiet. Nicky, the cat who came before me, was a little scarety cat. MOL! It is quiet but I still keep my distance. I just don’t trust my peeps holding that thing. The power might go to their heads or something. Bye bye V.C. It's so old is that they discontinued that model so the peeps are looking into the model that replaced it. If I’m lucky, they might forget to order a new one.

I see it sneaking up on me. I ain’t scared of no V.C. sucky thing!

I’m gonna leave the next items for another post cos I know that you loyal readers don’t have the time to read really long blog posts. I guarantee it’s worth waiting for. This little ghetto kitteh is always looking out for you guys. So, for now,

to be continued …

  10. Paws up for vanquishing the VC! Ours died on Sunday and the head peep replaced it *the same day.* Usually we can't get her to do anything, but she goes and gets a new VC the day the previous one goes belly up. We hope your peeps put it off a while, because this Hoover might suck us all in. We won't give it a chance and hide, just in case.

  30. Congrats on your twitterversity. My grandpa (ma's dad) used to sell those electric luxy things when she was little. He actually traded a VC for a horse just for her. It was her first big horse since she always had ponies before. She got much enjoyment out of that horse. He was a abuse case and was nothing but skin and bones but ma wanted him. She said that mean old man had no business owning that horse so that is when grandpa decided to save the horse but didn't have the money to buy it. Worked out well, horse lived for 10 more years.
I hope TW gets a hoover. They really suck.
