Crappy Weekend

What a crappy weekend it’s been for The Cat. The Cat will hide until things get better. The peeps claimed they were busy and I got no playtime! What’s a cat to do?

There was a bright spot and that was I got to DJ the Blogpawty that took place during the Nose-to-Nose Awards at Blogpaws. I even won a swag bag! It almost made me feel like I was there instead of Plush CK who was thrilled to meet all my many fans.

Before HHGutt left for his role in Vegas as Plush CK, I warned him NOT to embarrass me. What did he do? Do you think he listened? This is what he did.

He embarrassed me BIG TIME!! He drank like a fish and got into trouble with Wallas E. Katt. Oh, the drinking! Oh, the drugging! Oh, the nipping! And, OH … ! Wait till that loser gets home!!

The crappy weekend didn’t end there. I haven’t been able to log into my Facebook account from the big computer all weekend! I keep getting the following notice.

I can get in from my ipawd, thank Ceiling Cat. My account is still there. Does anybuddy have any suggestions? Should I clear the cache on the computer? I miss being able to communicate with you guys. I can’t believe I have to let TW comment on the Cats With Blogs group! I try to keep her hidden at all times.

UPDATE: I can log in after TW cleaned the cache on the computer but I can’t post updates on my profile or anyone else’s. All I can do is like and comment other’s posts and send private messages. HISS! TW says if she has to delete my account, she’s deleting her own in protest. She doesn’t want to be part of something that will let haters spew all kinds of crap but won’t let people spread joy with photos of anipals.

Capping off a perfectly terrible weekend was this. Remember my blog about the small fire in the elevator motor? TW went out on Sunday and on her return trip, she smelled the same burning smell in the same elevator! (Actually, it’s the only elevator in our building.) Pop went down and reported it. An hour later, TW spoke to the concierge who told her the super never called him back. We’re not pleased at all with how this was handled. Pop immediately dashed off an e-mail to the building management, as well as all the board members. If we had the money, we’d be out of this place in a heartbeat. Today, it finally smells like they oiled the motor.
