15 Years of Feral Fridays

Hola kitties! Today is my 15th Gotcha Day! 15! That means the peeps have been in the condo close to 20 years and I've been here most of them. Eek! The peeps have been having Feral Fridays for 15 years. Today is also Tuxedo Cat Appreciation Day in my honor! If you'd like to read the Greatest Story Ever Told aka my adoption story, click the link. Pop bought new sisal legs for my Tower of Power. I'd shredded the old ones. Replaceable parts is one reason we love these cat trees. Now the tree is as good as new.

I did some snoopervising while Pop was rebuilding the Tower of Power. I realize you hardly get any random unposed pics of The Cat. These action shots were unposed and natural. The first one might be considered a blooper but since this is Pet Photo Fail Day, here it is.

I figured I could still use the tree even on it's side so I climbed in the condo.

Let's see what Pop is doing down there. Please ignore the clutter. It's all my stuff so it's not really clutter.

I'm working my way toward Pop. Didja see my toy basket is actually a b-ball net? I got game.

He couldn't have done it without me. Didn't I do a great job of snoovervising?

Friendly Fill-ins

Now it's time to join the Friendly Fill-Ins, a weekly feature held at this time, which is already in progress. Our hosts—15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs—need no innerductions as they are giants in the cat blogging world. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are underlined and in italics. This week my image relates to #4.

1. So far 2021 is stressful. For all of us in the condo on a personal level.

2. A book (movie or song) title that best describes my life is "You are so Beautiful." Cos I am. Another one would be "Hungry, So Angry." I am angry when I'm hungry.

3. My Fancy Feast advent calendar was a pleasant surprise. Turns out I liked most of the flavors TW never bought for me cos she didn't think I'd like them. Balsam was a pleasant surprise too. She grew lots of new foliage. It was sad for my peeps to let her go while she was so alive. She had so much more to give and life to live.

4. I learned that sleeping in my cube is a recipe for disaster. So there I was laying peacefully in the cube when it attacked me! It grabbed my claw and wouldn't let go. I thrashed but it hurt so much. In a sec, Pop and TW ran in but I was scared and in a world of hurt. I was growling, hissing, spitting and screaming as Pop worked to free me. I knew he was trying to help me and even though every little move hurt me, I didn't try to attack or hurt him. To The Woman's credit, she tried to help rather than document my agony on film. When I was finally freed, I ran like hell. The pics above of my snoopervising were taken later that day so you can see I'm alright.
