This is blooper day and I only show the best, er, worst, er, best of the worst. The Pet Photo Fails blog hop was created by Roby Sweet and is now graciously hosted by Mudpie and Melissa over at Melissa's Mochas, Mysteries and Meows. Please link up your photo fails on her page so we can all get a laugh out of them.
Out of all the blurry shots from when TW was trying to photograph me enjoying my new favorite spot without using the flash, this one stands out. Why? Cos I have two sets of eyes. Since she was also keeping six feet away from me, there's lots of mess and clutter but I cropped most of that out. I'll make it nice and big for your viewing pleasure. I know all budding photographers will want to study and learn from it.
Now it's time to join the Friendly Fill-Ins, a weekly feature held at this time, which is already in progress. Our hosts—15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs need no innerductions as they are giants in the cat blogging world. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers which are underlined and in italics. Any further comments on my part are in italics. Each week my image relates to one of the fill-ins. Today it applies to number four.
1. My favorite outdoor activity is social distancing and isolation. I do it in the house too.
2. One positive aspect of social isolation is no intruders enter my condo. They have new rules in effect that limit the humans that can visit our community. There are no noisy workmen or neighbors having parties. Every day around here, Verona doubles her cult. Her cult members in NJ rank second in the nation to NY with 4402. Social distancing has to flatten the curve or my peeps are goners.
3. It's fortunate that I'm a cat and cats don't get that stuff.
4. I have my feeding times memorized. Somehow the times TW thinks are my feeding times is somewhat different then what I have memorized. My times are right. Her's are alternate facts.
There hasn't been much to do around the condo except snoopervise Pop so I've had time to do some painting with my Photoshop oils. I did an extreme closeup of a stunning cat sleeping. I'll bet the puzzle will be challenging.
It will be my Feral Friday entry in the Caturday Art blog hop which is hosted by the lovely Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty and her mum to showcase the latest art by anipal artists using digital apps, Photoshop or original art. No talent? No problemo. There are hundreds of one-click apps for desktop or mobile devices that will turn your photos into digital works of art.
I'm having lotsa snoopervising to do too - and trying to make shure da momma doesn't go even crazier.
ReplyDeleteYes, Mrs H was very interested in the technique employed in that fail, way beyond her puny talents though, MOL
ReplyDeletePurrs and stay well wishes

CK, you and Sweetie are cut from the same bolt of cloth, as they say!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the puzzle; it looks hard....just the way I like 'em!
Good answers and a cute fail CK. I'm glad y'all are doing okay, stay safe, healthy and virus-free.
ReplyDeletePumpkinpuddy here. Make sure I'm on your list to know when you have a new puzzle. I really look forward to them. Thanks for making them.
ReplyDeleteWell looks like this social distancing stuff is working out really great, isn't it? We like to social distance too, so we've been ahead of the curve for a long time! MOL
ReplyDeleteLooks like you're setting a great example with washing your paws frequently. We humans need all the help we can get!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the peep monitoring CK, it sounds like you are on top of things as uwual. we're very worried about you and the peeps in your area, please take care all!
ReplyDeleteLove the fill-ins. Kitties get things right. Humans not so much.
ReplyDeleteHave a purrfect day and weekend. My best to your peeps. ♥
Thanks for the puzzle, it was a hard one.
ReplyDeleteThat is a very good fail from TW.
Those are pawsome bloopers! Thanks so much for joining us. And stay safe, all of you! You're too close to the epicenter of this mess.
ReplyDeleteGreat bloopers. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am sire your feeding times are correct, kitties are more accurate than clocks. Very nice painting and thank you for the puzzle. I am praying your peeps stay healthy. XO
ReplyDeleteI love the photo fail. TW is very talented.I hope your Peeps stay safe.
ReplyDeleteI social distanced last night by sleeping on the pillow next to my human's last night! That's about as good as I can do.
ReplyDeleteMom has been working at home since last October, so we are bored snoopervising her...but Alex is here!
ReplyDeleteHe is the doing all kinds of yard work and stuff inside the house. H LOVES his job refitting cruise ships so I think he's a little bored. We are happy he's around as he plays with us and throws balls for Cinnamon and Mom loves that the stuff that has needed to get done around the house for years is getting done!Being a pretty small town, it is not hard for the humans to social distance an people are really good at watching out for each other. We (including Mom and Alex) are all glad we are here and NOT in Vancouver.

ReplyDeleteGreat fail and art! My mum keeps washing her hands before she strokes me but she doesn't kiss me anymore. She's worried that if she has it she might pass it on to me.
ReplyDeleteOMC that puzzle must be hard to do, but we'll give it a try...at least we have more than time...MOL...Keep up cleaning your paws, CK, Granny likes to see that when I do it😸Clean Pawkisses for a Happy Sunday. Stay Safe Healthy and Yourselfie🙏🐾😽💞
ReplyDeleteWe expect your Pop is doing his best with the hand washing, CK. Only you can't expect too much from him, he's only a Human, after all, not a cat. That's why your snoopervision skills are so impawtant.
ReplyDeleteWe enjoyed your photo fails, CK, and your fill ins, too. Good job snoopervising Pop. Tell him we said not to touch his face!
ReplyDeleteSocial distancing really takes the meat out of our very bite-y jaws. Phht. ~Bear Cat
ReplyDeleteCK, we happen to think your blooper is purrfect. You and your four eyes are as stunning as ever! And we love how you answered the fill-ins. We especially adore your answer to #1. That sounds like the best way to spend a day, isolated. Purrs and well wishes!
