I thought I'd share some Wednesday Wisdom today. Back in the prehistoric days of the blog, my mid-week post used to be Words of Wisdom by The Cat.

I thought I'd revisit the concept by sharing a quote from a human. Apparently Mr Renard was a French author so I hope they didn't use Mr. Google or FB for the translation. (Oy vey. Their translations are terrible.) He also said "writing is a way of talking without being innerupted" which is why I like blogging. I can say whatever I want with no inneruptions almost like I'm talking to myself. I do like comments after I've said my piece.

Does sitting in a box bring feelings of calm into your life?
I agree, sitting in a box is very relaxing. I have 3 boxes in the house and visit them frequently.
ReplyDeleteI haven't found a box big enough for me to sit in, but if I do I will let you know if it brings feelings of calmness.
ReplyDeleteFlynn used to be the epitome of calmness in a box.
You set a good example for the calm cat. I am always learning valuable lessons from cats and being calm is a valuable skill. You rock Ms. Keisha!

ReplyDeleteOh CK! I've been crazypants with all kinds of stuffs these last few weeks; only taking a break over the long T-Day holiday. Now, it's a downhill run into more craziness. Guess I need to just sit and observe a sitting cat or two...
ReplyDeleteI like helping people feel calm. That's my job as a therapy cat.
ReplyDeleteA box not only makes me calmer....but usually puts me to sleep. ~Ernie
ReplyDeleteThat's a great quote! Mudpie isn't as crazy about boxes as she used to be. This time of year is all about laps.
ReplyDeleteMy cat loves boxes. He only has two, he wishes we had more of them.
ReplyDeleteThat is a good point about writing- no interruption :) You are so wise. XO
ReplyDeleteYes, for sure, CK. A cat sitting in a box is serene and perfect and calm.
ReplyDeleteYou do look calm and at peace in that box, CK.
