Wednesday Word—Cow

I know I’ve been eating a lot lately but who you calling a COW, Woman! Oh, you’re not. Good. Better for your health.

Oh hi, everybuddy. I didn’t know you were here already. I’m gonna give a shout out to my furrend Spitty cos the other day on his blog there was a handsome photo of him on a very nice CAT throw.

TW put a brand on the cow. MOL!

Pop and his sponsored cow, Daily Mae.
We don’t got a CAT throw here. We got a COW throw cos Pop used to be all ga-ga over cows. He collected them, as a matter of fact. Well, he didn’t actually collect real cows; he collected stuff with cows on it. (Nicky said the kitchen of the old house had a pasture mural painted on the wall to match the COW dish towels, pot holders, blah-dee blah.) This just in to the news room! He DID collect real cows. He sponsored several at the Popcorn Park Zoo Animal Rescue and Sanctuary. But this blog is about ME, not some rescue COWS.

I have to lay on this COW throw, which I’m not pleased about. Yeah, it’s comfy enought but the only COW I want to see is on my dinner plate. Gimme some steak or roast of beef. Actually, I don’t like beef in my cat food and the peeps don’t eat COW neither. Don’t you think TW needs to buy a CAT throw for me?

This valerian COW meets with my approval. The cow in the background doesn't.

  1. My dad grew up on a dairy farm so I know cows well. They are sweethearts. My uncle took over the farm after my grandparents passed away. Sadly the barn burned down in 2001 and some really sad stuff happened :(

  11. You absolutely need a cat throw! Does TW sew? Maybe she can get some cool Laurel Burke fabric like mom did and make one.

  12. Silly human typing mistakes. That was supposed to be Laurel Burch. What am I gonna do with that typist of mine?

  13. WE THINK A CAT THROW BETTER BE ON YOUR SANTA PAWS LIST. A HOUSE WITH A CAT AND NO CAT THROW SEEMS JUST WRONG. ENJOY YOUR VALERIAN COW. AT LEAST THAT'S SOMETHING FOR YOU. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

  17. I'm with you....a valerian cow I could stand to be around! You need a soft, fleecy kitty cat blanket though not a moo-ish one!

    Hugs, Sammy

  18. That's neat that your dad collected real cows! But we agree - a CAT throw would be MUCH cooler than a cow throw… your human needs to get on that STAT!

    …wait a second…. we don't have a cat throw either! MOM!!!!

  19. My dad was brought up on a dairy farm too, but now mum and dad keep horses at livery.
I was born on a dairy farm in the bull house but I don't remember anything about it now.
I think you should have a cat throw too, but I do think your valerian cow looks very interesting.

  23. CK! We can see your bikini in that last photo! ; ) And a stunning bikini it is!

...oh and yes, a CAT throw would be preferable.

  24. Thank cod your Pops didn't want to adopt a cow, CK...otherwise you might be sharing that bed with a real cow!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Well, I have cowgoats....I used to go to the Popcorn Park Zoo a lot. The geese would chase me

  26. I was offended for a minute thinking someone called you a cow. Your cow blanket and accessories are cute. I bet that cow toy is fun to put the bitey on.

  27. Well, I had all sorts of things I wanted to say, starting with a big thanks for the shout-out, BUT then I saw your bikini shot and somehow I forgot how to speak. You are really going to have to stop growing more beautiful and enticing by the hour, or we aren't going to be able to have ANY conversations anymore

  28. Cow! Maybe you need to get your Mom one of those picture alphabet books with the pictures of animals in it for Christmas so she can learn between cat and cow....hee-hee! We think you look lovely as ever :-)
