I picked this foto. |
Today's choices find me atop the original Tree of Pain, aptly named for the pain foisted upon TW when she played with me here. Some of the best fotos were taken on this tree but this first one isn’t one of them. It was picked by Layla of Cat Wisdom 101. When I look at #888, the first thing I see is the lone basil leaf growing out of my back. That once was a healthy plant that TW killed. I’m up there with my honeysuckle shmousey toy with a sassy expression on my face. That shmousey is a light-weight toy that TW liked to throw up for me to bat back at her when we weren’t playing foam rockets. I’ve got the toy and I’m daring her to reach up and grab it. Do you think she was brave enough?

Dunno what had my attention in #1959, the choice of The Maaaaa of Pricilla’s Publicist. I heard 1959 was a good year. TW wishes she was born that year cos then she’d be 5 years younger. MOL! TW took this foto cos she liked how my foot was posed and how my paw was hanging over the edge. I almost look ready to pounce! Whatever I’m looking at, it isn’t her. You can see the basil growing out of my back looks a lot healthier than in the earlier foto.

This is CK signing off from the Tree of Pain. Are you guys planning on chillaxing on your cat trees this weekend?
Truffles doesn't have a cat tree!
ReplyDeleteTell TW not to feel bad...I'm a plant killer too.
What a STUNNING sassy expression! *swoon*
ReplyDeleteMy human is terrible with plants too. Once, many years ago in a long-ago SFV apartment, she had a whole balcony of plants, and each one died a slow and tortured death courtesy of her black thumb. Seriously, she could be the star of a plant horror film.
ReplyDeleteThe head peep is a plant killer, too. And what little she doesn't plant, the deer eat. She is threatening to put silk plants in the yard.
ReplyDeleteEpic fail pics? Those are always fun!!
ReplyDeleteIf we can still choose, how about number 500? Has that been used yet?
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
Those were so good CK!!!
ReplyDeleteMy mom loves to garden and is hoping to do some "community gardening" now that we've moved out of the city. Deer are an issue here and her friend who lives next door recently put up a 7 foot fence to keep them out. We'll see how it goes in the spring. Love your photos!
ReplyDeleteIt won't matter WHAT # picture we pick - they'll all be stunning and we know that already!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Sammy
Wow Keisha you ARE stunning!
ReplyDeleteWe like everyone of those photos even with the basil, both healthy and unhealthy. And that aqua tree...Mom wishes we had that! Loving this Friday feature. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteThat poor basil plant!
ReplyDeleteI WISH I had a cat tree to chillax on this weekend!
The tree of pain? Yikes!
ReplyDeleteI think you look great in your last photo. Ready, Set, Pounce!
CK you are always good!
ReplyDeleteI think TW did try to grab your mousie. Not brave but foolish. She should know it's not called the tree of pain for nothing.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, especially the second one.
ReplyDeleteYou look stunning in these photos with basil growing out of your back! I'm not good at growing plants, either. Used to kill every single pot!
ReplyDeleteLuv dat first photo!
ReplyDeleteHaving the greenery growing out of your back adds a certain je ne sais wotsit to the pics!! I can pick another number if you like? :)
