Pet Photo Fails
The Pet Photo Fails blog hop was created by Roby Sweet, who sadly is no longer
with us, and is now graciously hosted by Mudpie and Melissa over at
Melissa's Mochas, Mysteries and Meows. I'd like to see your fails so link up on her page so we can all get a laugh
out of them.
Who else but TW would chose this angle to capture myself washing? No one. Anyone else would want to capture my face and maybe get an action tongue shot. Wait! TW claims she was aiming the camera and I just turned around really quickly. Don't believe her. Anyhoo, the only things in focus are the chair back and the floor.
Friendly Fill-Ins
It's time to join the Friendly Fill-Ins, a weekly feature held at this time, which is already in progress. Our hosts—15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs—need no innerductions as they are giants in the cat blogging world. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are boldface. This week my image relates to fill-in number three or four. That's TW showing me some love (below) while I look like I'm ready to kill someone.
1. Only someone with an evil, sick mind would understand why someone would poison a cat or kitten. I think I should move outta this hood. My local news feed gets more demented every day.
2. I just started barfing on Pop's bed. He didn't even yell at me.
3. I find it hard to believe that today is TW's last radiation treatment. I didn't like that she dragged Pop out with her every day, especially the day heavy thunderstorms were forecast. She made it through although she may have lost feeling in her right arm and hand permanently. We hope not cos even tho she's a lefty, she operates the mouse with her right hand. It's a long story I won't bore you with today. Thanks to those who continue to send best wishes and thoughts.
4. I should probably be nicer to TW. That's what everyone on social media keeps telling me. Not Going To Happen.
Caturday Art
This is the last week of Watercolor Month. I used more boring muted colors on paper
for today's masterpiece. I hope you like it but it won't break me if you
don't. Heh heh! The secret message is for Pop and TW who said mean things about this art.

Thanks for the puzzle. We just happened to click on your art and find it. We really, really like your art. Mom says that radiation stuff really messed up her sister. So happy TW is having her last treatment. CK, TW would be disappointed if you started acting any differently toward her. Our mom is sending her lots of hugs and prayers. ReplyDeleteThat is a cute photo fail. Thank you for participating in the fil-ins, great answers except I am sorry TW had to go through that, but I am glad today is the last day. I didn't know she is a lefty- I am too, and I also use the mouse with my right hand. :) I agree only a sicko would poison a cat or harm one in any way. Your art is very cool. ReplyDeleteGreat artwork, as usual. In your photo fail, the only thing I see moving is a bit of ear twitch, so I believe you.... you were not moving your whole body around from an otherwise perfectly composed photo!

Our mom thinks it's hysterical to take pics of us bathing. I mean, what the cat? We hope that evil person in your neighborhood is caught.

ReplyDeleteI also don't understand how evil a person must be to poison a cat. I've never had to go through that ordeal, but a very dear friend of mine had to. Was a terrible experience for them.

My Hu-Mom says first and foremost This Is All In Good Fun and she is hoping TW has a Large Sense of Humor and will Giggle Appropriately today at what she will write here (a few days late of course).
ReplyDelete1. Of course, it goes without saying, tho we say it: we really HOPE and PRAY TW has not lost any feeling in her right arm or hand, but if and only if this is so, keep that in mind and use only that side for your bitey action.
2. As for being irradiated, the hu-mom recalls when her Poppy got a megadose and she was in a wait room and he came out and they waited together until go-home time. Then the DR came in and ran a geiger counter over BOTH of them. The hu-mom got a bit concerned ... after all they WOULD share a bed that night.
3. On a lighter note, please feel well and happy and safe and good and loved and remember to laugh and smile and eat chocolate.
