Feral Friday: I Deaded a Burd!

Hola kitties. How was your week? Mine was exciting and I'll tell you why. I know those Trout Towne Tabbies ain't gonna like seeing a burd but it's a dead burd so it should be OK with them. It's caca-dropping days are over. I wonder if I should consume it.

A few years ago we bought some toys to benefit Winnie's Wish. One of those toys was a burd that TW found so pretty she refused to let me play with it. This week she finally dug it out of hiding and her worst fear came true. I killed it. Deader than a doornail whatever that means.

Triumphantly, I stand guard over my prey kill. It cannot escape the great feral cat.

1. Pop is tasty. He tastes like chick-hen. TW just tastes old which is why I prefer munching on Pop.

2. If I was going to a Halloween party, I would go as myself. If I had to dress up, I wouldn't go. I did wear a mask one year to the Halloween Pawpawty. It was the scariest mask I could find at the time and I wound up pissing someone off so they blocked me. Their loss.

3. If everything goes according to plan, I will live to be 36 years old in cat years. That is what I promised the peeps when I moved in. I'm not one to break my promises.

4. TW nekkid in the bathtub is the spookiest thing I have ever experienced. Srsly. I can't unsee it all these years later. TW thinks I should have said the ghost of Autumn cos that pic always gives her the chills. Spookiest/Scariest? Same difference to this cat.

My art finds me mixing up some mischief. Could it be eye of newt and wing of burd? I'm trying to get into the Halloween spirit. I started this art with a sketch and then I fleshed it out with some oils. If you'd like to eyeball my sketch, it will be on my Facebook page.
