Monday, I axed if you had any questions for me and, boy, did you ever respond. Today I'll be taking calls from my readers and answering your questions. There were some good ones; in fact, there were so many, I'm not going to be able to answer all of them today. We're live:
My first caller is Spitty the Kitty. Spitty, you're on the air with CK. Ax away!
Hello, Ax Keisha. Here is my question: Is this the most adorable picture ever taken of you?
Well, Spitty, the word I always use is STUNNING; however, yes, you can say adorable. TW really likes this pic. I do look adorable, don't I?
Our next callers are the Lone Star Cats. Yo! You got a question for me?
Great question! The peeps have never ordered either of those. Can you believe how this cat is deprived? I do like Chicken on a Stick, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Chicken w/ Black Bean Sauce and Teriyaki Chicken from our Chinese take-out place. How can I forget the Po'k Fried Mice? We used to eat that in da hood. Of course, TW has to remove all the nommy sauce before she'll let me try anything. Nicky said he used to love the Mongolian Chicken but I don't think I've ever tasted it.
Playing keeps me young. Right after this pic was taken, TW reached to grab one of my toys and I attacked her. That keeps me young too. |
Hello Summer at SparkleCat.com! What's on your mind today?
How come you look so great for your age, CK? What's your secret? You're not old like Binga, but you've been around long enough that when I see photos of you from when you first came home, I'm amazed that you look like you haven't changed!
Whoa! I think I'm blushing! Thank you for the compliments, Summer. My secrets for staying young are fasting a few times a week, staying very active—you won't find me sleeping around all day—and biting my peeps. I'm sure they contain some kind of miracle youth serum that I can't get enough of. It must be all the vitamin D3 they take. I'm a binge and fast eater. One day I'll eat everything on my plate—even the gut rot—and ax for more and the following day, I'll eat nothing except my Fancy Feast grilled tuna. That and exercise keeps me trim and young looking.
Sometimes, Cats Herd You, you are live with CK! Ax me anything!
TW hasn't seen the Maple Cats since the coldest day in January. She thinks their caretaker may have moved and taken Ramona and Betty. She'll have to ax her friend Eddie who used to feed them every night. P-Kitty's leg seems to have healed and he is looking healthy. TW still gives him some kibble when she sees him even though he lives in the store. If she doesn't, he will cross the highway with her.
For the past year, they've been renovating the park where the Park Cats live and they are keeping a low profile. She hasn't seen them in a long time but knows they have regular feeders who are looking out for any health problems. So, no, she hasn't seen any cats but P-Kitty lately and that's good. I think.
The next caller is Brian. Turn down your radio. I've always wanted to say that.
Hey CK, what gets your whiskers twitchin'?
Spitty does! MOL! And my Pop.
Hey CK, what gets your whiskers twitchin'?
Spitty does! MOL! And my Pop.
This is Pop. I'm on the chair where I get FURminated in the morning. |
We have time for one more question. Robin Mudge is on line two. Yo! Ax Keisha anything.
Thank you. I am adorable and stunning. I love our personal time every morning before Pop shaves for work. He pets me and some mornings he FURminates me too. I purr and purr. Then on Sunday, we have an EZ Like Sunday at the kitchen table. Pop reads the paper and I lay on the chair next to him.
That's all we have time for today. I've already kept you way too long. If your question wasn't answered, I'll be getting around to it in the coming weeks. Any questions?
That answer to Brian's question was really great CK.
ReplyDeleteAlso, you wouldn't like Kung Pao -- waaaay too hot and you're already sizzlin' yourself!
