This week’s PhotoHunt theme is Creativity. If you look in the dictionary under creativity, it will say “something TW doesn’t have.” Enter my Pop. Click on the collages to biggify.
The peeps have a ton of Christmas decorations. Some are antique and some are newer. Each has a story that the peeps no doubt have long forgotten. Every year Pop uses his Creativity to arrange those chotchkies into little scenes. Of course, he’d be nothing without my expert snoopervising. I taught him everything he knows about design. Even though I was ignored all day, I thought I’d feature some of those scenes here. Does your human decorate for the holidays?

ReplyDeleteThe Human will probably drag out some decorations eventually, but probably not until after finals which end Dec. 20. Sigh. We are not very Merry over here yet. XOXOXOXO Smoochies.
CK, I think TW and Pops do a GREAT job on the holiday decorating. The big question is - Do you do any RE-decorating once Pops is done???

Ever since the orange terrorist moved in, our holiday decorating barely even exists any more. No balls to bat around, no tree to climb. It's all his fault.

My human has a ton of decorations too, and guess what? She hardly ever puts them up! I think it has been several years since I last saw them.

We love the holiday header! Those shelves of decorations look like places that you need to explore, CK. Some of those might make good toys at 2 in the morning.

ReplyDeleteYour header, C.K., is absolutely adorable, and your dad is quite creative. Our mom is a decorating fool. She's finished everything but the tree, and she hasn't even begun to put it together yet, which usually takes her about three days. Then the ornaments take about five days. It is nine feet tall. ReplyDeleteLove your decorations CK! We have tons of Christmas stuff too. Most of it is my parent's so it's also antique stuff. Lily really enjoys decorating so I let her handle putting out all the little figurines and stuff.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the supposrt, CK. I thought you would approve of my rebellion against the Human trying to "cover" the comfy chairs so I don't get too many furs on them. It was really cozy under there too. Plus, there's PLENTY of room for two.

I don't get it. How on earth did those humans manage to keep so many little decorative thingies like that while a cat lives in the house? Jen doesn't even bother to try to decorate.

My human is from the Bah Humbug school of Christmas jollities! So our decorations are a bit last minute and thrown together (if at all!) One year we had a tree and instead of a star or fairy at the top there was a laser mouse!! I think I shall teleport over to you CK if that's all right!! xoxoxo
