Feral Friday Flashback: Holding on to Summer

Hola kitties! Today is the first full day of Autumn but yesterday was National Ice Cream Cone Day. That is the perfect example of a juxtaposition; at least I think so but I'm just a cat. Maybe it's just an oxymoron. It must be getting cooler though cos I've been doing a bit of playing. But in condo news, our elevator is still running so it must be summer. The new date is next Wednesday for the peeps to climb those stairs. I'm so confused. I haven't posted a flashback in a few months so let's do that.

I've never had real ice cream but Miss Ellen sent me a nippy cone in June, 2017, which is when this flashback is from.

What flavor is this? Let me have a sniff.

I bet it's better than real ice cream. It sure is healthier. I'll bet there's no sugar or GMO ingredients.

Friendly Fill-ins

Let's now answer some Friendly Fill-Ins, a weekly feature held at this time, which is already in progress. Our hosts—15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs—need no innerductions as they are giants in the cat blogging world. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are boldface. This week my image relates to number one.

1. Tasty Human Temptations should come with liquid human blood packets to mix in. Those treats are pretty perfect the way they are. Kittehboi had sent me a package a month ago and I love them. TW couldn't find them in any store or online until this week.

2. And just like that social media saved another cat. A few weeks ago, I posted that a neighbor needed funds cos little Patch had to have his eye surgically removed. Social media came through and the funds were raised and now Patch and his brother are looking for their forever homes. We also need to get  Vincent and Luca adopted. Even though I didn't post for #RememberMeThursday doesn't mean I've forgotten my less fortunate homeless furrends. Sharing is caring.

3. I get funny looks from others when I tell them we have a cat blog. Yes, I'm a celebrity.

4. I once tried to adopt a sister, and I failed. I changed my mind when I saw Pop try to pay attention to her. I try to attack her so TW sent her back to her foster. We have no place in the condo except tiny bathrooms to quarantine another cat. Actually, I tried twice but neither time worked out. I was born to be an only cat.

Caturday Art

There were a bunch of special days on Thursday. One was National Doodle Day so I tried to doodle on my art. I did this in black ink.

I may have too much time on my paws looking at all these doodles. Heh heh.

This coming Sunday is National Comic Book Day. I tried my paw at creating a comic art piece. TW couldn't think of a speech balloon quote. Maybe you can help her.
