Hola kitties! Tuesday was my 11th Blogoversary but I don't want to dwell on that. I will dwell on the past with a Flashback Friday foto, as well as some fill-ins and artsy art.
This is from September 2016, taken on my pink perch. That is still my go-to place to sleep while TW is doing crossword puzzles before bed.
If you saw Mutts Tuesday, you saw Mooch's "You Wouldn't Dare" face. This is mine. You could also call it's my "don't mess with me" face. I was sleeping peacefully when TW approached me with the ipawd. Once she woke me, I did some washing and then shot her this look. She backed away as I continued washing but she continued taken pics.
Friendly Fill-ins
Now it's time to join the Friendly Fill-Ins, a weekly feature held at this time, which is already in progress. Our hosts—15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs—need no innerductions as they are giants in the cat blogging world. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers which are underlined and in italics. Any further comments on my part are in italics. Each week my image relates to one of the fill-ins. Today it applies to number four.1. If you are looking for a bite, try petting my tummy.
2. A full belly fills me with hope.
3. It's only a matter of time before we move into the poor house. I didn't know we were going to move or what a poor house is but that's what Pop's been saying since he "retired." Do you say look at that poor house cos it's falling apart? I hope not cos I hope this poor house has a catio and some stairs to run up and down.
4. Cathy Keisha is my favorite conversation topic. I'm a cat. What am I supposed to talk about? The weather? My ailments? The state of world affairs? I talk about something I know and who knows ME better than ME?
Caturday Art
Today's art entry and puzzle is pencil art and it's stunning. I had made it for last week but put it aside for a week.
Caturday Art is hosted by the lovely Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty and her mum to showcase the latest art by anipal artists using the many different digital apps, Photoshop or original art.
Enjoy your weekend, kitties! Tomorrow is Meow Like a Pirate Day and I'll be raising Cain on Owen's Black Paw over on Twitter. The pawty started Thursday night but we'll still be sailing.
I love your art today, CK!
ReplyDeleteThat look you gave TW was a very clear warning! Your art is beautiful....sorry, I meant stunning! Thanks for the puzzle.
ReplyDeleteThat's a look indeed. I will not pet or rub your belly. I promise.

DeleteHappy Blogaversary, Stunning Keisha, and very nice Caturday Art!
ReplyDeleteWe happen to think your "don't mess with me face" is pretty darn stunning, CK. Is that the face TW gets before you bite her? Is that the face she gets when she dares touch your tummy?
ReplyDeleteHappy Blogoversary!!! I wish I had known about blogs back then to have followed you.
ReplyDeleteThank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I would risk a bite to rub your bikini belly. I sure hope you don't have to go to the poor house. I love your art. Thank you for the puzzle. XO
Happy Blogaversary!!!
ReplyDeleteThat’s quite the face, CK!
ReplyDeleteCK! Wes L|OVES all your faces! Yous is furry expressive. Marv is expressive, Kozmo is expressive but Jo Jo always looks so sweet (even though she beats up Koz and Marv and Cinnamon and bites Mom, oh she does smacky paw too!) And your #3...Mom says that too! She says wes will does that when she retires!

Happy Blogoversary, looking forward to the next 11 year, in or out of the poor house - MOL!
ReplyDeleteI would back away from that look too!
ReplyDeleteYour pencil art is stunning. We think Charles Dickens makes mention a a poor house in his books. It's been awhile since they were in the house so Scylla is the only one of us who has read them or maybe Socks just told her about them. Ah well we are rambling Mom has been looking at houses for Grandma and Grandpa and they came stayed with us last week apparently houses are very annoying they are either too small or too big.~Yinny who liked Grandma & Grandpa and let them pet her. (the rest of us cats have been in hiding)
ReplyDeleteAwesome artwork, CK. And Happy Blogoversary!
ReplyDeleteYour "don't mess with me face" is formidable. We definitely wouldn't!
CK, I could not agree more with your #1! And you art *is* stunning. But what's this about moving? I think maybe Pop is just foolin with you, you never know what stoopy Humans are going to say next anyway, right? XOXOXO
ReplyDeleteWe're already in the poor house since things are always going kaput around here..
ReplyDeleteI ask you: what is it about our washing that humans have to run and go get a camera? It's no big deal and yeah, I have this "you just try it" face, too!
Tom xx
Happy Blogoversary, CK.
