Not So Friendly Fill-Ins

Hola kitties! This is gonna be a short one with my Friendly Fill-In answers. Miss Ellen is so kind to us that I've decided to post this week rather than leave my answers in a comment on her blog.

Not So Friendly Fill-Ins

The Friendly Fill-Ins are hosted each and every week by 15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are underlined and in italics. Each week my image relates to one of the fill-ins. This week it relates to number four.

1. I am going to the stabby place soon or so the peeps think. I hear them planning but I'm plotting too. They'll never take me alive! I will see that they don't make it any way possible.

2. I want to be more outgoing but I'm a little too set in my ways to change. That isn't to say I'm old but … Whenever someone comes to visit, I hiss and hiss at them. I bit the FIOS guy who was giving the peeps the hard sell. I'm a good guard cat I guess.

3. Once in a blue moon, I sleep with Pop. Usually I sleep in TW's bed cos of those three little words—pillow top mattress.

4. I have a large collection of shmousy toys. I took the Mice Bucket Challenge back in 2014 and now I have even more shmousies.

As I teased on Facebook, I have a really fun story to tell you next week. I'm not posting regularly but we have some things lined up. Oh, and Happy Black Cat Appreciation Day to all the black cats out there. Remember #BlackCatsMatter.

  1. Binga bites people who come over here sometimes... but they are love bites. Or she thinks they are love bites. She believes that love should sometimes hurt.

I get the feeling yours aren't love bites.

  3. What fun is life if you don't bite?! I mean, isn't that the meaning of life?! And a visit to hell (vet) is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills. ~Bear Cat

  10. If the FIOS guy was giving the hard sell he deserved to be bitten. I hope the proposed vet visit is just routine, but don't give in without a fight!

  11. CK; I'd like to be more outgoing too, tho at age 15, and just in the past few months; I've demonstrated what I think were great outgoing skills ..I sat by the door until the people were out, and going .....ok sure it was family but hey ~~~~~~~ hugs from dai$y =^..*= ♥♥♥

  13. Oh I hate the stabby place! I ended up there for three days in emergency and now, The Male and Female Human have to stab me every other day with some stuff they call "sub q" fluids. Although I hate the stabbing, I sure feel better afterwards. Make sure they don't make you stay at the stabby place!!

  16. You sound like a brilliant guard cat. Are you sure you don't want to cooperate with your health care and keep yourself in top shape for your duties?

  20. Sounds like the FIOS guy got what was coming to him, CK. Or maybe it's just that he wasn't as fast as me! MOL!

  22. I admire how strong you are. I think many kitties would rather hide than hissing or biting when a stranger comes! I hope the visit to stabby place will go well xo

  24. CK, I hear my mom talking about that V-E-T place, too. All the other kitties and the pup around here allowed her to drag them to that nasty place this year, and I was certain I was free. But, I heard my mom making some comment about wrangling me into that PTU. I made her bleed something fierce last year when she tried to get me in that thing. I'll make her bleed even more this year, if she really dares try. Purrs, Eddy

  25. Oh not the stabby place! Don't tell Rosie but she's headed there soon, too.

  26. I have found with the hard sell approach to ask stupid questions, and lots of them. This throws them off their groove and they give up. If someone is trying to sell you a pool filter, ask them if it will work on the cues, too. Have a blessed week.

  27. I can see both sides of this battle. I was a kid once with needles coming at me, too! I hope that you are successful in avoiding the stabby place. Those places are no fun! But, I know your people only want to take care of you and get you what you need. They aren't trying to be mean. I hope that all goes well.

    Have a blessed week. :)
