I sent my peeps out with instructions to buy me the winning ticket. I picked all the best numbers. I know I did cos I'm a genius.
Of course that was before I knew the fix was in. Yep, it was rigged. They found buckets of lottery balls with my numbers on them that were discarded. Is nothing legit these days?
*I* am the one true winner of the $1.8 billion Powerball prize. I will take it all the way to the Supreme Court.
Friendly fill-ins
Let's answer some Friendly Fill-Ins, a weekly feature held at this time, which
is already in progress. Our hosts—15andmeowing
and
Four Legged Furballs—need no innerductions as they are giants in the cat blogging world. They
think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are boldface. This
week my image relates to number one.
1. A veteran I would like to thank today is Grampa. He fought the Nazis; the same ones now idolized by fans of Cpl. Bone Spurs.
2, I can't go a day without eating kibble. TW doesn't like that I love kibble cos of the kidney thing. Most days I pick at my wet food so it doesn't look like I've eaten anything. Look in my kibble dish and you'll see how much I've eaten. TW should fill the dish up more. An eighth of a cup isn't nearly enough.
3. The front right corner is my most frequented part of the litter box. About 90% of my pees go into that corner. The poos go on the right side too. Wonder if it means anything that I do my duty on the right.
4. This time of year, a nip is in the air. That means I want to play. After lying dormant all summer, The Cat suddenly gets active. I run through the tunnel after the red dot, jumping on the pink perch and into the condo at full speed ahead. TW says I haven't lost a step although she certainly has.

Caturday Art
Let's try a cartoon Keisha this week since the rest of the post is hard-hitting, tongue-in-cheek humor. She looks so disappointed that they
aren't going to re-juggle those Power Balls with my numbers in the mix this
time.
Caturday Art is hosted by the lovely Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty and her mum to showcase how talented us anipal artists are. We can use the many different digital apps, Photoshop or share original art.
Mudpie does her duty on the right too...the lower right though...
ReplyDeleteI know that you won the Powerball! The Supreme Court will definitely hear your argument. Jake uses the back, right side of the box. He has a covered box, and that's the back end of the box. He knows not to pee yourself into a corner! I thank all our vets for their service, including your Grampa. Awesome artwork! Have a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteWhat will you do with all that money when you get it, CK??? It sure will buy a lot of Temtations.
ReplyDeleteThose were great answers and such beautiful art. Honestly though, I laughed so hard at your lottery story, you nailed it!
ReplyDeleteBut would you be able to remain the CK that we all know and love, if you had all that dough-re-me?
ReplyDeleteOff to puzzle; lovely art today.
I wish you had won it because you would help so many kitties in need with it. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. Your Grampa was a brave man. I am thankful for his service. I think it is more important to eat even if it is kibble. I love your art. Thank you for the puzzle. XO
ReplyDeleteOf course you should have won the lottery, you could have done so much with all that money. Your art is lovely and thanks for the puzzle.
ReplyDeleteJune and I really love todays art, its quite different somehow, not sure how, but cool, capital c. Which of course will be a capital, because all the letters we type here wind up as capitals whether we want them to or not. Moving on. June says the lottery is sort of like the peeing thing, hit or miss, usually a miss. Who could ever pick the right numbers from a bazillion gazillion odds, I say it's like the odds of my getting all my pee actually "in" the box when I pee right at the front edge. Yeah, with tail held high outside. But then a drip or two on the floor, who cares, I don't. That way she knows I've been there, done my thing, it's time for her to do hers. Enuf said. Moving on. You do know she stole my blog away for a whole entire seven days, I need your help with putting on the bitey, I mean it went to the dogs, literally. Can you believe it? Not a cat in sight. Now this, I'm sure you will agree is worthy of taking all the way to the Supreme Court, surely they will rule in my favor that this can never be allowed to happen again. Sigh, until we meet again, I am yours in sadness, disgust, anger ... well, a bit pleased about recent paw-litical news, better than hoped for.
ReplyDeleteLove the Caturday Art CK, and good fill in answers! Good for your Grandpa! Our elders either all fought the Nazis or aided in the effort through work at home and we'll never forget that!
ReplyDeleteGreat art and we always love your answers!
ReplyDeleteCK, you made us smile so big about your feelings about LOTTO. You were robbed!
ReplyDeleteAs always, you sure did some great art, and we enjoyed your fill-ins. Thank you to your grandpa for his service.
That piece of artwork is definitely one of your best, CK.
ReplyDeleteCommiserations about the lottery. That happens to Us, too - all the time! There is definitely a Conspiracy against Us lottery-playing kitties!
Love the humor, the cartoonish art, the intimate, most intimate details! Thank you to Grampa!
ReplyDeleteCK, furrst I has to apologise for being so furry late in commenting...Mom gotted sick and today is only the second day she has been up and about.
