Hola kitties! How you been? My week started when I delivered a bouncing baby
hairball on the rug. It was a big one too. That was dramatic, at least
for the peeps who ran in when they heard the telltale gurgling. We chose some
dramatic pics for today's post. Apparently the lead pic wasn't dramatic enough
so TW added a bunch of filters. I'll explain why I look
perturbed. (🎶 duuuunnnn duun … duuunnnnnnnn dun dun dun dun dun dun
dun dun dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnn dunnnn ♬) You cut that out, Woman!!!
This flashback is from March 2016. TW never takes photos with the ipawd; but on this night she musta had a jag on and the ipawd handy. She snapped a boatload of pics where I'm on my pink gym/perch. In fact, I can tell she actually innerrupted a game of rockets to annoy me like this.
Most of these shots made better art since they're grainy, not to mention blurry. I picked a couple of the best and made art with the rest. Heh! See what I did there?
Friendly fill-ins
Now it's time for Friendly Fill-Ins, a weekly feature held at this time, which
is already in progress. Our hosts—15andmeowing
and
Four Legged Furballs—need no innerductions as they are giants in the cat blogging world. They
think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers. My answers are boldface. This
week my image relates to number one.
1. If my life could have a rewind or pause button, I would choose the time I won a million dollars in Monte Carlo. Oh wait, that only happened at a Nip Club pawty, didn't it? I had a lot of fun spinning tunes weekly at PawPawties and weekly at the Nip Club. Those were some great times with fun anipals. Unfortunately, I can't bring those days back.
2. I think a reality show about feral cats would be interesting. It would take the viewer to all different TNR events and show how to trap and release. It would show how important TNR programs are to their communities and to the cats who live there. Along the same lines, I follow a guy down south who rescues cats up trees. Most of them are over 50 ft high. We always enjoy reading his posts and wish there were pics of the actual rescue.
3. If my life had a soundtrack, it would include the music from Jaws. WOMAN, I didn't tell you to type that! Erase it now! You are so NOT FUNNY! (Furrends, don't encourage this sort of bad behavior from TW in the comments.)
4. My personal style could best be described as stylishly feral. I'm feral when the mood strikes (🎶 duuuunnnn duun … duuunnnnnnnn dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnn dunnnn 🎵) and relaxed and easy-going other times. WOMANNNN! You cut out that Jaws music right now or you'll live to regret it! (🎶 duuuunnnn duun … duuunnnnnnnn dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnn dunnnn 🎵)

Caturday art
This week I was busy at my drawing board, er, easel. I created six masterpieces. The peeps couldn't decide which one they wanted to buy me to publish. I picked two out overruling both of them and made a puzzle outta a third one.
I used another of the dark and dramatic pics that was too dark and blurry. This one was Pop's choice but I added some oil painting brush strokes.
Caturday Art is hosted by the lovely
Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty
and her mum to showcase how talented us anipal artists are. We can use the
many different digital apps, Photoshop or share original art.
Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am sorry if it offends you, but the Jaws music is most appropriate with your biting them. And I love your idea for a reality show about ferals. I would watch that. Your art is beautiful and shows you are stunning in any color. Thank you for the puzzles. XO
ReplyDeleteLove those atmospheric dark portraits of you, CK! I would watch that reality show about feral cats for sure. I also love both versions of your art this week, very cool. And uh, that Jaws music suits you, CK!
ReplyDeleteCK, Sweetie has taken a page from your book, and horked up something that woke me up around 2 am this morning.
ReplyDeleteYou and she could form a Formerly Feral (or Still Mostly Feral) club!
Love your art, and I'm a'puzzlin'!

ReplyDelete🎶 duuuunnnn duun … duuunnnnnnnn dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnn dunnnn 🎵 If the soundtrack fits.... I would watch a show about TNR, it would be interesting. Both of your paintings look pretty cool! Have a good weekend! Sending healing thoughts to everyone in the townhouse.
ReplyDeleteYour two pieces of art are in direct contrast to each other. Do they reflect your moods at certain times of the day or night? Very dramatic!
ReplyDeleteThis was a real who-DUN-it of a post today. Good thing no dogs be living here, they'd eat up the new I-Bone,
ReplyDeleteenjoy ... the human here on cleanuphousecomputer binge, comment time shortened. Bye now.
You always have some fun answers and the dramatic art looks amazing!

ReplyDeleteCool art, CK! I totally agree about the reality show about ferals.
ReplyDeleteI would like to see a reality show about ferals too. I like both art, but the second is my favourite.
