Flashback Feral Friday

Hola kitties! We got through the A to Z Challenge! I hope I did a good job and you enjoyed reading it. I told TW I wanted to participate in the A to Z last October. We picked a theme and TW procrastinated until February when she seriously started looking for images. As it turned out, April was a good month for it since everyone was on lockdown. Normally June would be a better choice since a lot goes on during April. Now I'm back to my weekly Feral Friday posts.

Today will be a Flashback Friday from March 21, 2010.

I was playing rockets on the Tree of Pain when these pics were snapped. I still consider these the best photos TW ever took of me.

Today is a big day. It's my cousin Nickolette's 18th birthday! Aunt Pauline waits on Nickolette's every whim and spoils her as fur kids should be spoiled. To help her and Aunt Pauline celebrate, I painted her portrait and made a puzzle of her.

Now it's time to join the Friendly Fill-Ins, a weekly feature held at this time, which is already in progress. Our hosts—15andmeowing and Four Legged Furballs need no innerductions as they are giants in the cat blogging world. They think up the fill-ins and I fill in the answers which are underlined and in italics. Any further comments on my part are in italics. Each week my image relates to one of the fill-ins. Today it applies to number one.

1. It is important to learn I'm the boss. At least for my peeps it is. I run the condo and they are not the boss of me. I'm certainly the boss of this feather in the artified graphic above.

2.When I was in the shelter, I was obsessed with getting out. Not necessarily getting a home but getting my freedom. All I got to eat was Iams kibble. Do you know how horrid that stuff is?

3. I feel relieved about finishing the A to Z.

4. My lucky number is one. I LOVE being an only cat.

Pop says I look 3-D in this painting. I used the oil paint filter in Photoshop after dreaming up this piece. What a long, strange trip it was.
