Words on Wednesday—Nanook of the North

It's Wordless Wednesday CK-style! Had this been Saturday, it would make a good Senile Saturday. Enjoy this gratuitous photo before I fill you in on the latest news around La Condo Keisha. This random shot is the last photo TW uploaded to the computer.

Words on Wednesday—Nanook of the North

Some funny stuff going on around the condo. Also some good news. First I'll give you the good news. TW was talking with the roofing guys Friday and they said they only had one more day. I don't know who was happier—them or TW. However, I'll believe it when I don't hear them anymore. Pop says their truck is still parked in the courtyard, along with some of their junk.

There's no telling what my peeps are going to pull off on any given day. Saturday was almost 80ºF which is warm for this time of year. The peeps went out to do their weekly grocery shopping. TW, who's always cold, wore a 3/4 sleeve t-shirt. Pop, on the other paw, is usually warm. Well, this day he looked like Nanook of the North. TW didn't notice until he mentioned that he was hot. Then she saw he had a nylon jacket on. It was only after they got home that she found out he had a hoodie under that AND a t-shirt. They must have looked like some pair with her dressed for summer and him doing his Nanook impression although he did take the layers off for the walk home. His excuse was when he leaves for work in the morning, it's cool out.

I hope your peeps dress more appropriately for the change in climate we've been experiencing.

  1. We are having triple digit weather here - my human is definitely NOT in sweater or hoodie mode! (And neither am I.)

  4. C.K., you look amazing in your fur hat. It makes you even moe stunning than usual. tell you Pop, that the weather channel actually has info about the temperature so he doesn't look like an idiot when he leaves the house. After all that reflects badly upon you. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy

  13. Well, the mom puts a blanket on her when it's like 90 degrees. She says her blood is thin. Maybe Pop has thin blood too. ;)

  14. This weather is wack, CK. It's definitely cool in the morning, but I have to carry my jacket later in the day ... too warm! Congrats on the roof. We hope it really IS almost done.

  16. Love you in the hat CK! Your humans sound funny! My mom's temperature is always a little bonkers. During the day she is usually cold but at nightime she is usually gets too warm. It looked sunny and real warm outside today. I'm guessing though, cause I stay indoors. Hugs! -Valentine (& Mom) of Noir Kitty Mews

  17. I hope the roofers finish their roofing soon for you! It is no fun to have to be inside a building where the roof is being fixed. Those guys can be really crazy too. Watching them walk around up there is nerve wrecking. My husband has the same problems with his attire that your pop does. He says it is freezing in the morning so he wears hoodies, but it is a little too warm for that in the afternoon. Boys are weird like that!
