Raise your hand if your cat has ever had hiccups. This is one topic we've never seen discussed on blogs or the Facebook cat communities I belong to. I had a case last night. *HIC* TW gave me a late night snack *HIC* and I jumped on Pop's bed. *HIC* It's not like *HIC* I've never had them before but this case just *HIC* lasted a few hics longer and TW hadn't seen me have them in awhile.

It's 10:30 Friday night and TW is telling me she doesn't have time to type up a Caturday art post. That is unacceptable. She also says she doesn't want to open Photoshop to do the usual opening gallery show. That is also unacceptable.
It's now 2 pm Caturday and TW finally has inspiration in the form of teeth in her leg. Last night I was working under the cover of darkness to get this post and the art done. Whoa! This practically never happens! Out of the 56 numbers the Rafflecopter had to choose from for this Foto Frenzy, it chose two that were selected just last week! How lucky can some cats get? I have picks from a year ago that I haven't featured yet. Oh, sorry, I haven't welcomed you to our Friday extravaganza. It's a real balancing act with flashbacks, foto frenzy and friendly fill-ins. Let's start the show with another balancing act.
This is another Wordless Wednesday—CK style—and this is my box. As you can see, I'm moving some of my toys into my box. I dare TW to throw my box out like she's thrown the other boxes out.
TW tends to stay up later than she should each night. Most nights I keep her company and I get rewarded with a midnight—or later—snack. When I don't eat my gut rot, TW gives me a little something to make sure I've had enough liquids and to keep me away from the kibble bowl.
Today is Clear the Shelters Day and you know I'm all about helping cats find their forever homes and castles. I notice there are a lot of animals available at my old alma mater that need homes. I was kinda saddened to see Helen, a cat I shared on Facebook last year is still available for adoption. I invited her over to innerduce this week's art. Helen might be a little shortsighted but she can still appreciate great art. I wanted to show her a painting I made of her.

I'm having a love affair with my new scratching post. I love everything about it and use it often. A few months ago, I posted how TW won it at the BlogPaws' social media pet bloggers conference. She thinks I may love "Felix" a bit too much. Lemme explain.

Last Wednesday we had terrible thunderstorms. TW and Pop deserted me and left me to fend for myself. Pop goes to work everyday but I always have TW around. She goes out and does chores but she's never out more than an hour or two and she never goes out during a storm. Not only did she leave, but when she left it was thundering. She left me all alone during the thunderstorm and it was a bad one. I thought the world was going to end but I didn't think she would ever return. Pray tell, what could be so important that she had to leave me while it was storming?
I usually don't post when I receive these so-called blogger awards but thought I'd make an exception. I have—or hope I have—many new readers who might not know about my humble social media beginnings. Plus, I always love to give tips to new bloggers, while entertaining my current readers. I received the Blogger Recognition Award from Beau of Pets Overload and his musician human, Johnny, last week.
One of TW's favorite artists is Salvador Dali. For today's Caturday Art, I'm saluting him by using the Dali effect on my paintings. The effect is a fail cos it doesn't resemble any of the Dali works I've ever seen. Granted, TW hasn't been to MOMA (Museum of Modern Art) in quite awhile but she doesn't remember his work using these brushstrokes or colors. Dali or not—enjoy anyway cos it is what it is.
Friday is here! TGIF and all that jazz. Have I got some excitement for you! We've got fotos! We've got fill-ins! We've got fun! I've also got an important question for you.
Do you drink enough water? TW certainly doesn't. Apparently, last month was Pet Hydration Month so every pet and their uncle was giving away one fountain or another. I shouldn't talk since I won one of them but I was having flashbacks reading them all. And speaking of flashbacks, let's get to our regularly scheduled program.
I don't look pleased, do I? Do you want to know what the airplane ears are for? Do you? There's something going on in the condo and I don't like it. I think Pop and TW are plotting against me. Whenever they come home from shopping, I always ax if they brought me anything. They came home from shopping and wait till you see what TW proudly plopped in front of me! Please don't tell me we're getting a woofie! Oh no!
