Biding My Time Waiting For TW to Return

I know we did a frenzy the other day. TW is still at Blogpaws hopefully looking for sponsors for this blog and bringing home plenty of swag for moi. This is the easiest and quickest kind of post to write and even this takes a couple of hours. Let's get on with the show.

TW had started this June 2014 foto shoot by having me pose with HHGutt next to me but after a few shots, I put the kabosh on the idea. By the time she took foto #4095, picked today by Andrea from the Celestial Kitties' blog, I was left with the leopard plushie when I decided to do a quick wash. The peeps love it when I "sit like a human" as they think I am in this foto. Does your human think you're sitting like a human when you sit with your back against the pillow?

Biding My Time Waiting For TW to Return

Anybuddy remember Klout? It used to be a big deal a few years ago. Klout was/is a site that uses social media analytics to rate its users according to online social influence via the "Klout Score." My score was usually pretty high so I'd get perks every few months. After you received a perk, the company would expect you to acknowledge the perk by posting a foto or review on one of your social media sites. The Florida Furkids chose #5975 where I'm posing with one of those perks. In November 2015, I scored big with a six-pack of Purely Fancy Feast, which are nestled on a disassembled "tunnel" I'd reviewed for Chewy. Out of nine fotos, she never really got a good one where I was looking up. I bet if she'd opened up a tub, she would have gotten some winners cos I inhaled the stuff.

I hope TW isn't too sunburnt and has been learning stuff since she deserted me. She's been gone for about two months. If you're home with your kitties, give them a bite hug. I sure miss biting TW. What was the longest your human ever deserted you for?

Would you like to comment?

  1. I'm sure she is thinking of you every minute

  2. The longest my human ever deserted me for is about a couple of days - she went to a publishing conference without me, and also the Better With Pets Conference twice (although I'm hoping if she goes again this year, she will take me).

I hope TW comes home with some good stuff!

  3. Two months? That is a long time.

The longest my mum and I were apart was for a week when she went on holiday to Sweden in 2013. She'll never do it again because she saw how upset I was when she got back and came to pick me up at the cat hotel. I wouldn't eat and I soon showed her how angry with her I was for deserting me. But when we got home I saw how much she'd missed me and I clung to her for days afterwards in case she left me again.

  4. We think you pose far better than any human, CK. And we sure hope TW brings you lots of goodies, to make up for her eternal absence. This here human is a homebody and doesn't leave much. She goes to work, sure, and does the occasional day out, but that's about it. The furbabies never get a vacation.

  9. You poor kitty, the longest I have ever left my kitties is one night and I haven't even done that in over 2 years. And they had Grammie with them the whole time I was away. Great photos, those perks must have been fun.

  10. When I sit like that, my humans say I'm "in my recliner" position. Your mom is sure to bring you home lots of goodies! Maybe you could come over to my house so we could play together while our moms are away? The petsitter is sleeping in my bed and giving the Basset Hound lots of attention. I keep saying to him, "Hello - remember me? I need pets!" Mom says the longest she's been away from me is 2 weeks. Eek! - Valentine & Mom

  11. I hope your Mum gets you some lovely stuff. I heard rumours of a nip nanner but I'm not sure so may be rumour mongering.... :-)

Tell TW I hope she has the BEST conference and gets a cool sponsor for you! She is an awesome friend to our buddy Mark.
